【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,從現(xiàn)象上看,發(fā)達(dá)資本主義經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)陷入"滯縮"。"滯縮"主要表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)濟增長緩慢乃至停滯,通貨緊縮常態(tài)化,失業(yè)率居高不下。而"滯縮"是和資本主義的基本制度和基于該制度的要素配置劣化和經(jīng)濟周期聯(lián)系在一起的,是發(fā)達(dá)資本主義經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一種必然。
[Abstract]:At present, from the phenomenon point of view, the developed capitalist economy has fallen into "stagnation and contraction", which is mainly manifested in the slow economic growth and even stagnation, and the normalization of deflation. Unemployment rate is high, and "stagnation" is associated with the basic system of capitalism, the deterioration of the essential elements based on the system and the economic cycle, which is a necessity for the development of the developed capitalist economy.
