改革開放以來中國管理思想演變的階段分析

【摘要】:在改革開放至今,中國經(jīng)濟社會狀況發(fā)生了重大變化;仡櫲嗄曛袊(jīng)濟發(fā)展、體制改革與企業(yè)壯大的歷程,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),管理的優(yōu)劣對于企業(yè)發(fā)展和社會的穩(wěn)定起到了關鍵作用。同政府、非營利組織及其他社會團體相比,企業(yè)已經(jīng)歷了從工場制、工廠制到公司制的轉(zhuǎn)變,已經(jīng)建立了以股東大會、董事會、監(jiān)事會為核心架構的法人治理結構。無論是決策方式、組織結構體系還是運作規(guī)程,企業(yè)無疑是當今最為成熟的社會組織形式。因而,學界對于管理思想的研究始終以企業(yè)作為其研究對象。因此,本文基本上也以企業(yè)作為管理理論的主要研究對象。 在改革開放之初,國家就開始探索中國特色管理思想,從早期的擴權讓利、承包經(jīng)營、滿負荷工作法到OEC管理、整體營銷管理、IPD項目管理,中國管理伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,社會的進步,各種社會組織尤其是企業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,逐漸成長起來,形成一個完成的思想體系。 本文在回顧了改革開放三十年來中國經(jīng)濟改革與企業(yè)發(fā)展基礎上,力求全面、系統(tǒng)地描述改革開放以來中國管理學理論的演變過程,理清改革開放以來中國管理理論的的發(fā)展脈絡。因此,本文首先對改革開放以來中國管理思想發(fā)展的實踐基礎進行了介紹和分析,著重分析了各階段培育管理思想的土壤,如宏觀政策、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況、企業(yè)管理實踐等因素。在此基礎上,根據(jù)中國改革開放以來各個時期管理思想的理論重心,將其劃分為以萌芽階段、探索階段、繁榮階段和升華階段。筆者認為,中國管理思想在其各個發(fā)展階段的管理理論和方法具有濃厚的時代特征,例如萌芽時期的步鑫生管理方法,探索時期的滿負荷工作法和海爾管理思想,繁榮時期的聯(lián)想管理模式,升華時期的華為管理模式與比亞迪管理模式。筆者通過對管理思想發(fā)展脈絡的分析得出,改革開放以來中國管理思想的發(fā)展過程中貫穿著兩條主線:一是管理重心的轉(zhuǎn)變。不同時期的管理方法和管理理論圍繞國家宏觀經(jīng)濟政策與市場需求的變化,不斷調(diào)整其理論重心,一起更好的實現(xiàn)組織目標。通過對各個階段管理思想特點的分析,可以得出,改革開放以來中國管理經(jīng)歷了萌芽時期的以效率為中心、探索時期的以質(zhì)量為中心、繁榮時期的以市場營銷為中心和升華時期的以文化為中心的轉(zhuǎn)變。二是西方管理思想的中國化與中國管理思想的國際化,自改革開放以來,中國企業(yè)管理者與理論界開始不斷引進、消化、吸收西方管理思想,將西方管理思想中的管理精髓同企業(yè)管理實踐相結合,在借助西方管理思想取得自身成功的基礎上,建立了中國特色的管理理論。在中國民族企業(yè)積極參與世界競爭的同時,中國管理思想也得到世界的矚目,開啟了其國際化進程。筆者認為,在可以預見的未來,中國管理思想必將成為世界管理思想體系中不可或缺的一部分,同西方管理思想一起引領者世界管理思想的潮流。
[Abstract]:So far in the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in economic and social conditions. China review thirty years Chinese economic development, course reform and the growth of the enterprises, it is not difficult to find, management of the merits of the key function for enterprise development and social stability. Compared with the government, non-profit organizations and other social organizations, enterprises have from the experience of the workshop system, change the factory system to the company system, has been established to the shareholders' meeting, board of directors, corporate governance structure of the board of supervisors as the core architecture. Both the decision mode, organization structure and the operating procedures, the enterprise today is undoubtedly the most mature form of social organization. Therefore, scholars study on management thought has always been to the enterprise as its research object. Therefore, this paper basically also with enterprises as the main research object of management theory.
At the beginning of reform and opening, the state began to explore the management thought of China characteristics, from the early expansion of rights, contract management, full load working method to OEC management, marketing management, IPD project management, China management along with the development of Chinese economy, the progress of the society, various social organizations especially the rapid development of enterprise. Gradually grow up, forming a complete system of thought.
This paper reviews Chinese economic reform and the development of enterprises based on the thirty years of reform and opening up, strive to be comprehensive, systematic description of China management theory since the reform and opening up process of evolution, development of China management theory since the reform and opening up clear. Therefore, since the first practice of the reform and opening up of Chinese management thought development foundation the introduction and analysis, analyzes the various stages of the cultivation and management of ideological soil, such as macro policy, economic development, business management and other factors. On this basis, according to the theory of gravity in different periods since the reform and opening up China management thoughts, which is divided into the embryonic stage, exploration stage, prosperity stage and sublimation stage. The author believes that the theory and method of management Chinese management thought in its various stages of development with strong characteristics of the time, such as germination buxinsheng management period Methods, explore the full load working period and Haier management thought, boom Lenovo management mode, management mode and sublimation period HUAWEI BYD management mode. Through the analysis of the development of management thought that, since the reform and opening up the development process of China management through two main lines: one is to change the focus of management the changes in different periods. The management methods and management theory on the national macroeconomic policy and market demand, adjust the center of gravity theory, achieve the goal of organization together better. Through the analysis, the characteristics of each stage of management thought can be drawn, since the reform and opening up Chinese management through the bud stage to efficiency as the center, the exploration period the quality as the center, the boom to marketing as the center and sublimation period as the center of culture change. The two is the western management thought The Chinese and China to the internationalization of management, since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprise managers and scholars began to introduce, digest, absorb the western management thought, the western management thought the essence of management and enterprise management practice, in the use of Western management thoughts based on the success of their own, established Chinese characteristic management theory. In China national enterprises to actively participate in the competition in the world at the same time, Chinese management thought has been the world's attention and started its process of internationalization. The author believes that in the foreseeable future, China will become an integral part of the management system of world management thought, with the Western management thought leader together the world management trend.
