弗雷澤的正義觀研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界是全球化斗爭(zhēng)日益激烈的世界,在這種環(huán)境下,階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng)、文化矛盾、政治沖突頻繁地發(fā)生,以窮人為代表的邊緣群體以及弱勢(shì)群體,經(jīng)常在種族劃分、兩性關(guān)系、女權(quán)主義、宗教等方面受到分配不公正、階級(jí)身份不被承認(rèn)、政治訴求得不到回應(yīng)等不公正待遇。這時(shí)對(duì)于正義的各種社會(huì)訴求往往不再限定于小的領(lǐng)土國(guó)家,之前社會(huì)所建構(gòu)的威斯特伐利亞框架限制了人們的權(quán)利。弗雷澤在這種背景下提出了她獨(dú)特的正義觀。 弗雷澤的正義觀以參與平等作為原則,闡述了正義觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、政治三個(gè)維度。對(duì)于正義的類型重新劃分,對(duì)正義的框架進(jìn)行重新建構(gòu),同時(shí)從反思的角度,為正義引發(fā)了一種對(duì)話式的論戰(zhàn)。這就使得正義不再受制于領(lǐng)土國(guó)家,而被所有人討論了,更適應(yīng)全球化的世界。弗雷澤為這種正義理論設(shè)置了三個(gè)維度的參與平等,所有人受制約的原則,使得之前的分配不公、錯(cuò)誤承認(rèn)與錯(cuò)誤代表權(quán)得到了充分地討論。同時(shí)又重構(gòu)了全球化世界中的正義。 這種反規(guī)范的正義觀,對(duì)當(dāng)今世界做出了時(shí)代的診斷,使批判理論回歸到社會(huì)理論之中,為正義增加了新的視角,討論了當(dāng)今社會(huì)上的霸權(quán)的不公正,從而引起了人們的重視,對(duì)于建構(gòu)正義有概念性的指導(dǎo)作用。 本文分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分是弗雷澤正義觀提出的背景信息,包括社會(huì)背景與理論背景;第二部分是弗雷澤正義觀獨(dú)特的理論視角;第三部分主要說(shuō)明了弗雷澤的正義觀的主要內(nèi)容;第四部分對(duì)弗雷澤的正義觀做出了評(píng)價(jià),指出了它的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The world today is globalization increasingly fierce struggle in the world, in this environment, class struggle, cultural conflicts, political conflicts occur frequently, poor people as the representative of the marginalized groups and vulnerable groups, often in ethnicity, gender relations, feminism, religion and other aspects by the unfair distribution, the class status is not recognised, the political demands not to respond to such unfair treatment. At this time for all kinds of social justice are not limited to the small territory of the country, the Westphalian framework before the society constructed by limiting people's rights. In this context that Fraser presents her unique concept of justice.
Fraser's concept of justice to equal participation as a principle, expounds the concept of justice of economic, cultural, and political three dimensions. For the type of justice re division of justice framework is reconstructed at the same time, from the angle of reflection, triggered a dialogue debate for justice. This makes justice no longer subject to national territory but, by all the people discussed, more adapt to the globalization of the world. Fraser is a theory of justice set up three dimensions of equal participation, all restricted by the principle of the previous unfair distribution, admit mistakes and wrong on behalf of right has been fully discussed. At the same time, the reconstruction of justice in a globalizing world.
This anti normative concept of justice, to make a diagnosis of the era of today's world, to return to the critical theory of social theory, adds new perspective for justice, discussed in the current society the hegemony of injustice, which attracted the attention of people, has a guiding role for the construction of the concept of Justice.
This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the background of Fraser's idea of justice, including the social background and theoretical background; the second part is the concept of justice in Fraser's theory of the unique perspective; the third part mainly explains the main content of Fraser's concept of justice; the fourth part of Fraser's concept of justice made the evaluation, points out the realistic significance it.
