【摘要】：“市民社會”是馬克思主義哲學(xué)中的一個基本范疇，最早見于西方的政治哲學(xué)概念，具有悠久的歷史和豐富的內(nèi)涵。中國的市民社會研究，從話語構(gòu)建的角度來看，真正興起于20世紀(jì)90年代初，隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的建立，逐漸進入中國學(xué)術(shù)界的研究視野。改革開放以來，我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的成績，隨著物質(zhì)財富極大豐富，人們有了更高層次的追求，紛紛把目光轉(zhuǎn)向主體自身的個人體驗，“幸福感”、“幸福指數(shù)”日益成為一個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和文明程度的重要指標(biāo)，幸福社會成為社會建設(shè)的新趨向。然而在社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過程中也出現(xiàn)了一系列的矛盾與問題，，使整個社會處于不和諧、不幸福的狀態(tài)之中。這些矛盾與問題的真正要害在于國家與社會之間沒有真正形成符合中國特色現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的合理結(jié)構(gòu)，確切地說就是社會一直沒有形成獨立的、自治的結(jié)構(gòu)性領(lǐng)域。正確處理市民社會發(fā)展與構(gòu)建幸福社會的關(guān)系，對理清市民社會與國家之間的良性互動關(guān)系以及構(gòu)建社會主義幸福社會具有深刻的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:"Civil Society" is a basic category in Marxist philosophy, which was first found in the western political philosophy concept, with a long history and rich connotations. From the perspective of discourse construction, the real rise in 1990s, with the establishment of the socialist market economy system, gradually into the Chinese academic field of vision. Since the reform and opening up. China's socialist modernization has made remarkable achievements. With the great wealth of material, people have a higher level of pursuit, have turned their eyes to the main body of their own personal experience, "Well-being". The "happiness index" has increasingly become an important indicator of the economic development and civilization of a region. A happy society has become a new trend of social construction. However, a series of contradictions and problems have also appeared in the process of socialist modernization, which makes the whole society in disharmony. In the state of unhappiness, the real key of these contradictions and problems lies in the fact that there is no reasonable structure between the state and society that conforms to the development of modernization with Chinese characteristics. To be exact, the society has not formed an independent, autonomous structural field. Correctly deal with the relationship between the development of civil society and the construction of a happy society. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the positive interaction between civil society and the state and to construct a happy socialist society.
