作為一種政治思想的“形名”論、“正名”論、“名實(shí)”論

【摘要】:先秦秦漢時(shí)期與"名"相關(guān)的話(huà)題,最為多見(jiàn)的是"形名"、"正名"、"名實(shí)",圍繞著這三個(gè)話(huà)題,均有非常豐富的政治思想。"形名"論可能最早出現(xiàn)于陰陽(yáng)數(shù)術(shù)類(lèi)文獻(xiàn)中,對(duì)于"形名"的態(tài)度,道家奇妙地呈現(xiàn)出兩個(gè)極端,一方面是對(duì)形名的輕視與否定,另一方面又是重視與肯定。老莊道家通過(guò)強(qiáng)調(diào)"形名"的局限性來(lái)反襯"道"的無(wú)限性。黃老道家強(qiáng)調(diào)"形名"作為規(guī)則、規(guī)范在秩序形成過(guò)程中的作用。法家、政論型名家和黃老道家的立場(chǎng)是一樣的。"正名"論可以從三個(gè)角度去分析:第一,和語(yǔ)言能否正確使用的問(wèn)題有關(guān);第二,和身份、職責(zé)的確定與管理有關(guān);第三,"正名"有時(shí)直接等同于法律法令。同"正名論"一樣,"名實(shí)論"從語(yǔ)言控制和角色定位兩個(gè)層面發(fā)揮出政治作用。語(yǔ)言控制表現(xiàn)為"名定而實(shí)辯"的語(yǔ)言使用理論。角色定位表現(xiàn)為"循名責(zé)實(shí)"的政治操作手段。
[Abstract]:In the pre-Qin, Qin and Han dynasties, the topics related to "name" are most commonly seen in "form and name", "correct name" and "name and reality", which revolve around these three topics. Both have very rich political thoughts. The theory of "form and name" may have first appeared in the literature of "Yin and Yang numbers". For the attitude of "form and name", Taoists have two extremes, on the one hand, they despise and negate the form and name. On the other hand, the Taoists emphasize the limitation of "form and name" to contrast the infinity of "Tao". Huang Lao Taoism emphasizes "form and name" as the rule. The role of norms in the formation of order. The position of Legalists, political theorists and Huanglao Taoists is the same. The theory of "correct name" can be analyzed from three angles: first, it is related to whether language can be used correctly; Second, it is related to identity and responsibility determination and management; Third, "correcting names" is sometimes directly equivalent to laws and decrees. "nominalism" plays a political role from two aspects: language control and role orientation. Language control is shown as the language usage theory of "nominalization but real argument", and role orientation is political operation means of "following name and responsibility and reality".
