【摘要】：全球化作為一種客觀進程,已席卷了人類生活的方方面面。全球化實際上就是人類的生活突破了民族國家的界限,在全球范圍內展開,這必然給民族國家?guī)韲谰奶魬?zhàn)。在全球化這個時代背景下民族國家還有沒有存在的必要性和可能性?如果民族國家還有存在的必要性和可能性,那應該以一種怎樣的形式存在?全球化背景下民族國家的未來命運到底如何?這些無疑是擺在當今人類面前的最為急迫的問題。 本文力圖站在馬克思主義唯物史觀的立場上,結合當今全球化時代的新特點,對上述問題給出自己的解答。文章在對“全球化”和“民族國家”兩個概念進行辨析的基礎上,從國家主權、國家職能、國家認同三個方面分析了全球化給民族國家?guī)淼臎_擊和挑戰(zhàn)。然后在論證了全球化時代民族國家存在合理性的前提下,又分別從國家主權、國家職能、國家認同三個方面提出了在全球化時代民族國家重塑的具體內容即有限性的國家主權、開放性的國家職能、包容性的國家認同。最后結合中國現(xiàn)實的特殊性,提出了當代中國國家發(fā)展建設的一些思路和建議。
[Abstract]:Globalization, as an objective process, has swept all aspects of human life. This will inevitably bring severe challenges to the nation-state. Under the background of globalization, is there any necessity and possibility for the existence of the nation-state? If the existence of a nation-state is necessary and possible, what form of existence should it take? What is the future fate of nation-state under the background of globalization? These are undoubtedly the most pressing problems facing mankind today. This paper tries to stand on the standpoint of Marxist historical materialism and combine the new characteristics of the present era of globalization. On the basis of analyzing the two concepts of "globalization" and "nation-state", the article analyzes the state sovereignty and the functions of the state. This paper analyzes the impact and challenge brought by globalization to nation-state in three aspects of national identity, and then, on the premise of demonstrating the rationality of the existence of nation-state in the era of globalization, respectively, from the state sovereignty, the functions of the state. Three aspects of national identity proposed in the era of globalization the specific content of nation-state remodeling, namely limited national sovereignty, open state functions, inclusive national identity. Finally, combined with the particularity of Chinese reality. Some ideas and suggestions for the development and construction of contemporary China are put forward.
