抗日戰(zhàn)爭與華僑社會的演變——以新西蘭華僑捐款風波為中心的探討

【摘要】：華僑為抗日戰(zhàn)爭捐獻巨款,赤子功勛彪炳史冊。華僑在捐款過程中的具體面相與相關(guān)紛爭,亦不可忽視。全面抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)不久后的1937年9月,新西蘭華僑聯(lián)合會改組為新西蘭華僑聯(lián)合總會,下設(shè)各分支會,同時召開第一次全僑代表大會,發(fā)動華僑踴躍捐款,促成了新西蘭華僑社會團結(jié)一致、支援抗戰(zhàn)的局面。但是,1938年春夏發(fā)生華僑捐款風波,所轄華僑人數(shù)最多的屋]支會宣布脫離總會,總會則向國民政府狀告中華民國駐新西蘭總領(lǐng)事汪豐"放棄職責、分化僑情"。這一事件表明,新西蘭華僑有支持抗戰(zhàn)的共識,亦存在矛盾與糾紛。不久之后風波的順利平息,促成了新西蘭捐款方式的改善和監(jiān)督機制的加強,有利于抗戰(zhàn)時期捐款的順利推進和華僑社會的團結(jié)�？梢哉f,一部戰(zhàn)時華僑愛國史,也是一部當?shù)厝A僑社會的成長和演變史。
[Abstract]:Overseas Chinese contributed a lot of money to the War of Resistance against Japan, and Chizi made great achievements in the annals of history. The specific aspects of overseas Chinese and related disputes in the process of donation can not be ignored. In September 1937, shortly after the outbreak of the Comprehensive War of Resistance against Japan, the New Zealand overseas Chinese Federation was reorganized into the New Zealand overseas Chinese Federation, with its branches set up. At the same time, the first all-overseas Chinese Congress was held to mobilize enthusiastic donations from overseas Chinese, which contributed to the unity of the overseas Chinese society in New Zealand and supported the War of Resistance against Japan. However, in the spring and summer of 1938, there was a storm of donations from overseas Chinese, and the branch, which has the largest number of overseas Chinese under its jurisdiction, announced its departure from the General Assembly, while the General Council sued the National Government against Wang Feng, Consul General of the Republic of China in New Zealand, for "abandoning his duties and dividing the feelings of overseas Chinese." This incident shows that New Zealand overseas Chinese have a consensus to support the War of Resistance against Japan, as well as contradictions and disputes. Soon after, the smooth quell of the storm contributed to the improvement of New Zealand's donation mode and the strengthening of the supervision mechanism, which was conducive to the smooth promotion of donations and the unity of overseas Chinese society during the War of Resistance against Japan. It can be said that a history of overseas Chinese patriotism in war is also a history of the growth and evolution of local overseas Chinese society.
