何如璋的日本認(rèn)識(shí)

【摘要】:十九世紀(jì)中后期,歐美資本主義國(guó)家相繼完成工業(yè)革命,國(guó)力逐漸強(qiáng)盛,并率先走上了對(duì)外侵略擴(kuò)張的道路。相比之下,亞洲許多國(guó)家仍然在封建道路上徘徊,直接成為列強(qiáng)侵略、爭(zhēng)奪的海外市場(chǎng)。面對(duì)列強(qiáng)的侵略,同為亞洲國(guó)家的中國(guó)和日本卻走上了不同的發(fā)展道路。明治維新后,在西方列強(qiáng)“力”的感召下,日本在行動(dòng)及思想等方面逐漸體現(xiàn)出“脫亞入歐”的精神,并為加入西方資本主義的陣營(yíng),做出種種努力,開(kāi)始走上了對(duì)外擴(kuò)張的道路。與此同時(shí),閉關(guān)鎖國(guó)的清王朝卻淪為半殖民地半封建社會(huì),它被動(dòng)地接受西方全新的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等理念,并被西方強(qiáng)制性地納入所謂“條約體系”中。何如璋正是在這一新舊制度交替及日本明治維新后國(guó)力逐漸增強(qiáng)之際,作為中國(guó)的初代駐日公使出使日本的。 初入日本的何如璋,面對(duì)日本實(shí)力的迅速?gòu)?qiáng)大,深受觸動(dòng)。他以外交家的身份留心觀察并潛心研究日本。雖然他身為封建大臣,卻能以發(fā)展的眼光看待明治日本,能夠突破本階級(jí)的思想局限以及擺脫傳統(tǒng)日本認(rèn)識(shí)的束縛,其認(rèn)識(shí)本身獨(dú)具匠心。另外,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)界關(guān)于“何如璋日本認(rèn)識(shí)”著述的缺如,為本課題留下了廣闊的研究空間。 本研究擬以何如璋出任日本公使四年間的活動(dòng)與著述為中心,從何如璋的亞洲主義思想、何如璋的著作、何如璋在琉球事件中的精彩表現(xiàn)、何如璋收回領(lǐng)事裁判權(quán)及平等貿(mào)易通商權(quán)等方面,來(lái)探究何如璋的日本認(rèn)識(shí)。 研究何如璋的日本認(rèn)識(shí),有助于厘清古代中國(guó)的日本認(rèn)識(shí)與近代中國(guó)日本認(rèn)識(shí)之間的歷史連續(xù)性與差異性,有助于人們認(rèn)清兩種日本認(rèn)識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換的歷史契機(jī)。因此,本課題的研究?jī)r(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義是不言而喻的。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late period of the 19th century, the capitalist countries in Europe and America completed the industrial revolution one after another, and their national strength became stronger and stronger gradually, and they took the lead in the way of foreign invasion and expansion. By contrast, many countries in Asia are still hovering on the feudal road, directly becoming invading and competing for overseas markets. In the face of the aggression of the great powers, China and Japan, both Asian countries, have embarked on a different path of development. After the Meiji Restoration, Japan gradually embodied the spirit of "Brexit Asia into Europe" in its actions and thoughts, and made various efforts to join the camp of Western capitalism, under the influence of the "power" of the Western powers. Began to embark on the road of external expansion. At the same time, the Qing Dynasty was reduced to a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society. It passively accepted the new political, economic and other ideas in the West and was coerced into the so-called "treaty system" by the West. He Ruzhang was at a time when this new and old system alternated and Japan's post-Meiji power gradually strengthened. He was the first Chinese envoy to Japan. He Ruzhang, who first entered Japan, was deeply touched by the rapid strength of Japan. He watched and studied Japan as a diplomat. Although he was a feudal minister, he could look at Meiji Japan from the perspective of development, break through the ideological limitations of his own class and get rid of the fetters of traditional Japanese knowledge, and his knowledge itself was ingenious. In addition, the lack of domestic and foreign scholars about "he Ruzhang's understanding of Japan" has left a broad research space for this topic. The purpose of this study is to focus on the activities and writings of he Ruzhang during the past four years as Minister of Japan, from he Ruzhang's Asian ideology, his works, and his wonderful performance in the Ryukyu incident. He Ruzhang retracted consular jurisdiction and equal right to trade and trade to explore his understanding of Japan. A study of he Ruzhang's knowledge of Japan is helpful to clarify the historical continuity and difference between the knowledge of Japan in ancient China and that of modern China and Japan, and to help people to recognize the historical opportunity of the two kinds of Japanese cognition transformation. Therefore, the research value and practical significance of this topic is self-evident.
