【摘要】：在中外經(jīng)濟史上,企業(yè)家進行聯(lián)號經(jīng)營是一個普遍的現(xiàn)象,而在近代中國資本主義發(fā)展過程中,曾產(chǎn)生了別具一格的企業(yè)形式——香港和廣州的華商聯(lián)號,這是跨不同性質(zhì)區(qū)域的企業(yè)橫向聯(lián)合體,其發(fā)展反映了海內(nèi)外華人資本血脈與共、休戚相關(guān)的緊密聯(lián)系,是近代中國民族資本的一種特殊形態(tài),也是中國近代企業(yè)史不可或缺的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:In the economic history of China and foreign countries, it is a common phenomenon for entrepreneurs to carry out joint operation. In the course of the development of capitalism in modern China, there was a unique form of enterprise-the Chinese Merchants' Union of Hong Kong and Guangzhou. This is a horizontal association of enterprises across different regions, the development of which reflects the close relationship between Chinese capital at home and abroad, and is a special form of Chinese national capital in modern times. It is also an indispensable and important part of Chinese modern enterprise history.
