【摘要】：戰(zhàn)后,浙江省政府依據(jù)國民政府和本省頒布的相關(guān)懲奸法規(guī)律令,采用公開審判和辯護制度,側(cè)重以職量刑、依法判奸,懲處了一大批影響惡劣的漢奸,弘揚了民族精神,教育了廣大民眾。但是,由于判奸處于戰(zhàn)后國共角逐的復雜背景之下,加上國民黨自身的局限性,懲奸過程中出現(xiàn)了腐敗、護奸、反共等問題,這些問題影響了懲奸的成效。
[Abstract]:After the war, the Zhejiang provincial government, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the national government and the provincial government, adopted an open trial and defense system, focusing on the punishment of the post and the law, and punishing a large number of traitors that have affected the poor, and carried forward the national spirit and education of the general population. However, because of the complex background that the sodomy is in the post-war country, combined with the limitation of the Kuomintang, the problems such as corruption, sodomy and anti-communist have appeared in the process of the traitors, which have affected the effectiveness of the sodomy.
