【摘要】：戊通航業(yè)公司是黑龍江航運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的一座“里程碑”，也是20世紀(jì)初東北最大的股份制航運(yùn)公司。公司航運(yùn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有著優(yōu)越的發(fā)展條件，雖然僅僅維持七年即宣告破產(chǎn)，但是其組織機(jī)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營管理方式仍然有值得借鑒的地方。本文擬通過對戊通航業(yè)公司的創(chuàng)立背景、過程、物流服務(wù)和經(jīng)營管理等方面的研究，分析戊通航業(yè)公司對航運(yùn)史、東北經(jīng)濟(jì)都產(chǎn)生影響。戊通航業(yè)公司的經(jīng)營管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)，不僅對研究黑龍江現(xiàn)代航運(yùn)乃至東北航運(yùn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考，而且對我國現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展也有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Wutong Shipping Company is a milestone in the development of Heilongjiang shipping industry and the largest joint-stock shipping company in Northeast China at the beginning of the 20th century. The development of the shipping industry of the company has the superior development condition, although maintains only seven years to declare the bankruptcy, but its organization and the management way still have the worth to draw lessons from. Through the research on the establishment background, process, logistics service, operation and management of Wutong Aviation Company, this paper analyzes the influence of Wutong Aviation Company on the shipping history and northeast economy. The management experience and lessons of Wutong Aviation Company not only provide a reference for the study of modern shipping in Heilongjiang and even the development of shipping cause in Northeast China, but also have certain reference significance for the healthy development of modern enterprises in China.
