曾國(guó)藩仕宦思想研究

【摘要】: 曾國(guó)藩是晚清時(shí)期著名的官僚,他既是文官,又是武將,在他長(zhǎng)達(dá)幾十年的仕宦生涯中,仍有許多值得今人學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒之處,積累了大量寶貴的仕宦經(jīng)驗(yàn),并形成了豐富的仕宦思想,值得我們認(rèn)真研究。 本文首先對(duì)曾國(guó)藩仕宦思想相關(guān)研究論著予以充分的分析,了解學(xué)界對(duì)此問題的研究狀況,尋找其空白和缺陷,并闡釋本文的研究?jī)r(jià)值與創(chuàng)新之處。 其次,認(rèn)真剖析曾國(guó)藩仕宦之初的理念,主要闡明如下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容: 為官者當(dāng)敢于力行。曾國(guó)藩迂腐的理學(xué)說教化為不懈的精神動(dòng)力,作為凝結(jié)人心、鼓舞士氣的有力法寶,勇于力行,不畏挫折。 為官者當(dāng)兢兢業(yè)業(yè),心胸寬廣,曾國(guó)藩看淡功名利祿,在其位謀其政,兢兢業(yè)業(yè)效忠誠(chéng)于國(guó)家。 為官當(dāng)深誡“生于憂患而死于安樂”這反映曾國(guó)藩高度的憂患意識(shí),自始至終不為事物表面現(xiàn)象所迷惑,發(fā)掘事物本質(zhì),提高事物發(fā)展遇見能力,避免災(zāi)禍。 為官者當(dāng)從“謙虛處”下功夫,不居功自傲,不仗勢(shì)欺人,講求謙遜,是曾國(guó)藩最為看重的理念。為官者當(dāng)“廉明不貪”保持清廉,扎扎實(shí)實(shí)為民作主。 為官者要順應(yīng)天命,不特意追求高官厚祿,謹(jǐn)守恬靜的普通生活。 為官者當(dāng)敢于直言,敢于觸犯龍顏,針對(duì)問題,敢于直言,不加隱晦。 為官者當(dāng)謹(jǐn)慎小心,和諧人際關(guān)系,形成人人樂于為己效勞的氛圍。 最后,為官者當(dāng)心思縝密,不生疏漏,力爭(zhēng)妥帖地處置好每項(xiàng)宦務(wù)。 再次,詳細(xì)討論曾氏仕宦思想的變化。主要體現(xiàn)在: 廣布羽翼,壯大湘軍集團(tuán)力量,為實(shí)現(xiàn)政治理想提供奧援,樹立更多的幫手,成功完成事業(yè)。 靈活運(yùn)用權(quán)術(shù),克服各種危機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn),扳倒對(duì)手,取得政治斗爭(zhēng)的勝利。 重視刑罰,嚴(yán)以馭下,樹立牢靠的集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的權(quán)威,使湘軍集團(tuán)服從于曾氏一人的指揮。 將堅(jiān)忍之心堅(jiān)持到底,忍凡人之不能忍,在這種精神的鼓舞下,曾氏度過了無數(shù)的劫難。 以“誠(chéng)”馭下,傾心以待,戒除虛偽和狡詐,真誠(chéng)接待他人,獲得他人的信任和好感。 強(qiáng)調(diào)“愛民”,將愛民之心貫穿仕宦之始終,救蒼生于水火。 最后,闡釋曾國(guó)藩的致仕思想,分析曾國(guó)藩仕宦思想產(chǎn)生的原因。關(guān)于曾國(guó)藩致仕思想產(chǎn)生的原因可以概括為: 現(xiàn)實(shí)的逼迫,鎮(zhèn)壓太平天國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)后所留下的殘局使曾氏感到非常無奈,同時(shí)朝廷與日俱增的懷疑進(jìn)一步導(dǎo)致曾氏致仕念頭的產(chǎn)生。 戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的殘酷性給曾氏帶來了巨大的痛楚,曾氏希冀通過道德情感的救贖,獲得良知的安慰。 此外,老病不堪蒞任,也是其晚年渴望致仕的重要原因。 余論部分,主要探討曾國(guó)藩在仕宦歷程最后時(shí)刻面臨的困難。
[Abstract]:Zeng Guofan was a famous bureaucrat in the late Qing Dynasty. He was both a civil servant and a martial arts officer. During his decades-long career as an official, he still had a lot to learn from and learn from, and accumulated a lot of valuable experience of official officials. And formed a rich official thought, worthy of our careful study. First of all, this paper makes a full analysis of Zeng Guofan's related research works on the official thought, finds out the research status of this issue in academic circles, looks for its gaps and defects, and explains the research value and innovation of this paper. Secondly, a careful analysis of Zeng Guofan's idea at the beginning of the official, mainly to clarify the following aspects of the content: officials should dare to do. Zeng Guofan's pedantic Neo-Confucianism became a tireless spiritual power, as a powerful magic weapon to solidify the hearts of the people and inspire morale, daring to do their best and not afraid of setbacks. Officials should be conscientious, broad-minded, Zeng Guofan saw little fame and wealth, in his position to seek its politics, dedicated to the country. This reflects Zeng Guofan's high consciousness of suffering and suffering, which reflects Zeng Guofan's high sense of distress. Officials should be careful, harmonious interpersonal relations, the formation of everyone willing to serve their own atmosphere. Finally, officials should be careful, do not neglect, strive to properly deal with each eunuch. Thirdly, the change of Zeng's thought of official is discussed in detail. Mainly reflected in: widely spread wings, strengthen the strength of Xiangjun Group, for the realization of political ideals to provide Austrian aid, set up more help, successful completion of the cause. Use power flexibly, overcome all kinds of crises and challenges, bring down opponents, and win the political struggle. Attach importance to the punishment, strictly control, establish a solid authority within the group, so that the Xiangjun Group obeys the command of Zeng's one-man. Will persevere the heart to the end, the human can not bear, in this spirit inspired, Zeng's through countless hardships. Finally, explain Zeng Guofan's thought of leading to official affairs, and analyze the reason why Zeng Guofan's thought of official came into being. The reasons for Zeng Guofan's thought of becoming an official can be summed up as follows: the reality of coercion and the repression of the remnants of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom movement left Zeng's feelings of great helplessness. At the same time, the growing suspicion of the court further led to the emergence of Zeng's idea of official. The cruelty of the war brought great pain to Zeng. Zeng hoped to obtain the comfort of conscience through the redemption of moral emotion. In addition, the presence of old illness is also an important reason for his desire to become an official in his later years. In the last part of the thesis, the author mainly discusses the difficulties Zeng Guofan faces in the last moments of his official career.
