【摘要】：1950年代,膠東漁民在邁出傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模式的同時(shí),也開啟了搏擊海洋風(fēng)暴的新歷史。技術(shù)與工具革新把漁船推向遠(yuǎn)海漁場(chǎng),增加了漁民遭遇惡劣天氣的危險(xiǎn)。與此同時(shí),現(xiàn)代科學(xué)和知識(shí)宣教改變了傳統(tǒng)應(yīng)災(zāi)模式,受到政府培訓(xùn)的基層人員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了救災(zāi)活動(dòng)。這段歷史具有"創(chuàng)造性破壞"特征:首先,風(fēng)災(zāi)作為客觀事件,是開發(fā)者的步履與傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模式之外的環(huán)境相碰撞的結(jié)果;其次,風(fēng)災(zāi)成為推動(dòng)社會(huì)重構(gòu)的契機(jī),人們?cè)诓珦麸L(fēng)暴過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生了觀念與行為的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:In the 1950 s, the fishermen of Jiaodong took the traditional production mode, but also opened the new history of fighting the ocean storm. Innovations in technology and tools have pushed fishing boats into distant sea fishing grounds, increasing the risk of bad weather for fishermen. At the same time, modern science and knowledge education has changed the traditional disaster response model, government-trained grass-roots personnel led the relief activities. This section of history has the characteristic of "creative destruction": first, as an objective event, the storm disaster is the result of the developer's action colliding with the environment outside the traditional production mode; Secondly, wind disaster has become an opportunity to promote social reconstruction, and people have changed their ideas and behaviors in the process of fighting storm.
