近代邢臺地區(qū)水利研究
[Abstract]:The social development and changes in modern Xingtai area are closely related to the development and utilization of water resources. The fundamental purpose of studying water conservancy construction in Xingtai area is to carry on scientific analysis and evaluation, and to provide historical reference for water conservancy construction in Xingtai area at present. From the macro point of view, our country is short of water, but also extremely serious water pollution, water resources use efficiency of the country, specifically located in the North China Plain Xingtai area, the performance is particularly prominent. In order to realize the long-term stability of the country, water conservancy development and construction is very necessary. From 1840 to 1949, Chinese traditional water conservancy changed to modern water conservancy. Behind the development and management of water conservancy in Xingtai area in modern times, the management and control of local water conservancy development by state power is implied. The water conservancy in Xingtai area studied in this paper can be seen as a miniature of the history of regional water conservancy in China. On the one hand, due to the changes of rivers and the formation of flood and drought disasters, the economic and social development of the whole Xingtai area is affected, and the water conservancy project needs to be carried out urgently. On the other hand, the social unrest and political darkness in Xingtai determined that water conservancy could not be carried out. In this period, although the pioneers of water conservancy worked hard, devoted themselves actively to the cause of water conservancy, and explored the combination of learning western advanced water conservancy science and technology and inheriting the traditional water conservancy experience, the real water conservancy construction was difficult to carry out. Although some water conservancy talents have been trained, some water conservancy institutions have been set up, some water conservancy infrastructure has been set up and some water conservancy plans have been drawn up during this period, the overall construction has achieved little success, leaving us with arduous tasks.
