【摘要】：清末民初的通俗教育運(yùn)動是由政府主導(dǎo)、民間力量參與的"開民智"、改良社會的思想文化啟蒙運(yùn)動。其意義在于,政府和知識界及時(shí)注意到社會底層民眾的教育權(quán)利及教育空間,開啟了由中國傳統(tǒng)的精英教育向大眾教育轉(zhuǎn)變的探索,對中國社會的傳統(tǒng)教育制度是一次重大的沖擊。更為重要的是,它聚焦普通民眾,在"救亡圖存""改良社會"的時(shí)代背景下,義無反顧地承擔(dān)起民眾思想文化啟蒙的重任,對中國社會由傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)揮了積極的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The popular education movement in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China was an ideological and cultural enlightenment movement led by the government and participated by folk forces. Its significance lies in the fact that the government and the intellectual community have paid timely attention to the educational rights and educational space of the people at the bottom of the society, thus opening the exploration of the transition from traditional elite education in China to mass education. The traditional education system of Chinese society is a major impact. More importantly, it focuses on ordinary people, and under the background of "saving the nation from the nation" and "improving the society", it takes on the important task of ideological and cultural enlightenment of the masses. It has played a positive role in promoting the transformation of Chinese society from traditional to modern.
