【摘要】：民國時(shí)期兩湖地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村的地權(quán)較為不均,無地戶和少地戶占很高的比例,有地戶之間的地權(quán)分配亦很不平均,大量的農(nóng)戶僅占有不到10畝的耕地。湘鄂兩省的地權(quán)分配不均度上較為接近,湖南省的地權(quán)集中程度并不比湖北高出許多,但湖南的公田比例要比湖北高出很多。湘鄂兩省內(nèi)部私有耕地在不同地理環(huán)境下的分配表現(xiàn)出截然不同的特點(diǎn)。從經(jīng)濟(jì)地理上說,湖南省的核心農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)地權(quán)集中,湖北省的核心農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)地權(quán)分散。湖南省的核心農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)在近代涌現(xiàn)了一大批高級(jí)別的軍政官員,造就了相當(dāng)數(shù)量的官僚大地主,這是湖南核心農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)地權(quán)集中的主要原因。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, the rural land rights in the two lakes were uneven, the proportion of landless households and small ones was very high, and the distribution of land rights among the landless households was also very uneven, and a large number of farmers occupied less than 10 mu of cultivated land. The distribution of land rights in Hunan and Hubei provinces is similar, the concentration of land rights in Hunan Province is not much higher than that in Hubei Province, but the proportion of public farmland in Hunan Province is much higher than that in Hubei Province. The distribution of private cultivated land in Hunan and Hubei provinces under different geographical conditions shows very different characteristics. In terms of economic geography, the land rights in the core agricultural areas of Hunan Province are concentrated, and the land rights in the core agricultural areas of Hubei Province are scattered. A large number of high-level military and political officials emerged in the core agricultural areas of Hunan Province in modern times, and a considerable number of bureaucrats and landlords were created, which is the main reason for the centralization of land rights in Hunan's core agricultural areas.
