【摘要】：人力組織和動員工作是戰(zhàn)爭支前工作的重要組成部分。沂蒙解放區(qū)在支前人力工作的創(chuàng)造性實踐活動中,通過建立完備的支前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體系和組織機構(gòu)以加強支前的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),強化對干部群眾及民夫的支前教育與政治動員,掌握各地實際出夫能力以適度合理地調(diào)撥與使用民力,制定合理的支前政策以實現(xiàn)群眾利益的平衡及解決支前中的矛盾與問題,為黨的基層群眾工作積累了寶貴的歷史經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Manpower organization and mobilization is an important part of the work before the war. In the creative practice of manpower work in Yimeng liberated area, through the establishment of a complete leading system and organization to strengthen the organizational leadership, and to strengthen the education and political mobilization of cadres and masses and people's husbands, Mastering the actual ability of the local husband to allocate and use the people's force reasonably, formulating a reasonable policy to balance the interests of the masses and solving the contradictions and problems before the support has accumulated valuable historical experience for the grass-roots mass work of the Party.
