【摘要】：糧食問題是中共進(jìn)行抗日戰(zhàn)爭和解放戰(zhàn)爭的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是敵我雙方極力爭奪的物資,長期受到重視和關(guān)注�？谷諘r(shí)期邊區(qū)的糧食貿(mào)易是在比較復(fù)雜的斗爭形勢(shì)下展開的。本文較為全面地論述了抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期晉察冀邊區(qū)的糧食貿(mào)易,并著重論述了政府制定糧食貿(mào)易政策的過程和中間商業(yè)階層在糧食貿(mào)易中的具體活動(dòng)和對(duì)敵經(jīng)濟(jì)斗爭中的糧食貿(mào)易。全文共分為五章。第一章介紹抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期晉察冀邊區(qū)的糧食問題。闡述抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期晉察冀邊區(qū)的自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,分析造成晉察冀邊區(qū)在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的糧食缺乏的原因。第二章介紹邊區(qū)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期糧食貿(mào)易的發(fā)展歷程;第三章介紹邊區(qū)的糧食貿(mào)易活動(dòng)。主要包括糧食平糶、糧食調(diào)劑、糧食專賣、糧食走私。第四章介紹邊區(qū)糧食貿(mào)易發(fā)展取得成就的原因。第五章結(jié)論,對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的糧食貿(mào)易做一下總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The grain problem is the important material foundation of the Chinese Communist Party in the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation. The grain trade in the Border region during the anti-Japanese period was carried out in a more complicated situation of struggle. This paper comprehensively discusses the grain trade in the Shanxi-Cha-Ji border area during the Anti-Japanese War, and emphatically discusses the process of formulating the grain trade policy by the government, the concrete activities of the middle commercial class in grain trade and the grain trade in the economic struggle against the enemy. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the grain problem in Shanxi-Cha-Ji border area during the anti-Japanese War. This paper expounds the natural environment and social and economic environment of the Jin-Cha-Ji Border region during the War of Resistance against Japan, and analyzes the reasons for the shortage of grain in the Jin-Cha-Ji Border region during the Anti-Japanese War. The second chapter introduces the development of grain trade in the Border region during the War of Resistance against Japan, and the third chapter introduces the grain trade activities in the Border region. Mainly include grain sales, grain dispensing, grain monopoly, grain smuggling. The fourth chapter introduces the reasons for the development of grain trade in the Border region. Chapter five concludes the grain trade during the War of Resistance against Japan.
