【摘要】：自古以來,糧食問題就是關(guān)乎國計民生的重要問題,機制面粉工業(yè)的興起使面粉成為糧食資源的重要組成部分,在人們的日常生活中扮演著越來越重要的角色。天津是民國時期華北地區(qū)最大的機制面粉生產(chǎn)地,全國最大的機制面粉銷售地,同時也是近代民族資本機器面粉工廠最集中的六大城市之一和全國競爭最激烈的面粉銷售市場。近代天津的民族面粉工業(yè)經(jīng)歷了由興到衰、有起有伏的艱難曲折的發(fā)展歷程,探究這一歷程以及其間所彰顯的特點、促動因素、發(fā)展局限性等諸多問題頗具價值。研究近代天津的民族面粉工業(yè)還可使我們從這一側(cè)面了解當時的天津城市變革乃至國家社會經(jīng)濟運行的宏觀狀況,同時也可以為今天的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, the grain problem is an important issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. The rise of mechanism flour industry makes flour become an important part of food resources, and plays an increasingly important role in people's daily life. Tianjin was the largest producer of mechanized flour in North China during the period of the Republic of China and the largest selling place of mechanized flour in the whole country. At the same time it was also one of the six cities with the most concentrated machinery mills of modern national capital and the most intensely competitive flour sales market in the whole country. Modern Tianjin's national flour industry has experienced a difficult and tortuous development process from prosperity to decline. It is valuable to explore this process and its characteristics, motivating factors, development limitations and so on. The study of modern Tianjin's national flour industry can also help us to understand the macro situation of Tianjin's urban transformation and even the national social and economic operation from this aspect, and at the same time, it can also provide some reference for today's economic construction.
