滇緬公路與戰(zhàn)時(shí)云南社會(huì)變動(dòng)

【摘要】:作為近代科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)源地的英國(guó),科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)有著非常密切的聯(lián)系,科學(xué)技術(shù)一方面在展現(xiàn)出其推動(dòng)工商業(yè)、海外貿(mào)易等方面的巨大力量,同時(shí)也被社會(huì)所認(rèn)可,社會(huì)的需求也促進(jìn)相關(guān)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)生,相關(guān)科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)與社會(huì)相互促進(jìn),互動(dòng)發(fā)展。相比較近代中國(guó)出現(xiàn)科學(xué)技術(shù)時(shí),無(wú)論是科學(xué)技術(shù)被認(rèn)知的程度,還是科學(xué)技術(shù)在中國(guó)的傳播、應(yīng)用,都與科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)源地的英國(guó)有著非常大的不同,當(dāng)然我們不能說(shuō)只有沿著英國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的方式方法才叫正確應(yīng)用和發(fā)展科學(xué)技術(shù),但是在近代中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)應(yīng)用與發(fā)展都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)脫離了與社會(huì)相互促進(jìn)互動(dòng)發(fā)展的模式。科學(xué)技術(shù)應(yīng)用的目的也并非經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)等方面的需要。作為鞏固政權(quán)、抵御外辱科學(xué)技術(shù)卻成為了中國(guó)大力學(xué)習(xí)的最主要目的。在面對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)產(chǎn)物的時(shí)候,也是有同樣認(rèn)識(shí)的。 在近代中國(guó),有著大量西方列強(qiáng)引入的科學(xué)技術(shù)和科技產(chǎn)物,這些科技或科技產(chǎn)物就其本身就多少帶有較為濃厚的資源掠奪和市場(chǎng)占有等目的。與此同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)西方科學(xué)技術(shù),自己創(chuàng)辦廠礦,興修各類設(shè)施如:公路、鐵路等也僅僅是為了改變落后的現(xiàn)狀,其中也有打破西方列強(qiáng)對(duì)于某些技術(shù)、某些交通線的壟斷狀況。 滇緬公路是一條非常特殊的公路,作為近代科學(xué)技術(shù)的產(chǎn)物,修筑所需要的技術(shù)在當(dāng)時(shí)是較高的,面對(duì)滇西較為復(fù)雜的地理環(huán)境,對(duì)于云南來(lái)說(shuō)無(wú)論是技術(shù)還是資金都無(wú)法完成。在滇緬公路規(guī)劃的初期,其目的也并非為發(fā)展滇西地區(qū)做設(shè)計(jì),其中充斥著打破滇越鐵路作為唯一出境線壟斷地位的這樣的因素。而滇緬公路又因?yàn)閼?zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)不惜一切代價(jià)的搶通。無(wú)論是設(shè)計(jì)之初,還是方案的事實(shí),都不是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展或是社會(huì)需求造成的。面對(duì)這樣一條公路在抗戰(zhàn)期間,發(fā)揮了“生命線”的作用,而對(duì)滇西地區(qū)和整個(gè)云南產(chǎn)生的改變都是較大的。
[Abstract]:As the birthplace of modern science and technology in Britain, the development of science and technology was closely related to the society at that time. On the one hand, science and technology showed its tremendous strength in promoting industry and commerce, overseas trade, and so on. At the same time, it is also recognized by the society, the social needs also promote the emergence of relevant science and technology, the development of relevant science and technology, science and technology and society mutually promote, interactive development. Compared with the emergence of science and technology in modern China, both the degree to which science and technology were recognized and the dissemination and application of science and technology in China were very different from that of Britain, where science and technology originated. Of course, we can not say that only along the way of the development of science and technology in England is the correct application and development of science and technology, but in modern China, the application and development of science and technology are far from the mode of mutual promotion and development with the society. The purpose of science and technology application is not the need of economy, society and so on. As a consolidation of the regime, resisting foreign insults to science and technology has become the main purpose of China's vigorous learning. In the face of the products of science and technology, there is the same understanding. In modern China, there are a large number of science and technology products introduced by Western powers. These scientific and technological products have more or less the purpose of resource plunder and market possession. At the same time, we should study western science and technology, set up factories and mines, and build all kinds of facilities, such as roads and railways, to change the backward situation, which also breaks the monopoly of western powers on some technologies and some traffic lines. As a product of modern science and technology, the Yunnan-Burma Highway was a very special one. The technology needed for construction was relatively high at that time, facing the more complicated geographical environment in western Yunnan. For Yunnan, neither technology nor capital can be completed. In the early stage of Yunnan-Burma highway planning, its purpose was not to design for the development of western Yunnan, which was full of such factors as breaking the monopoly position of Yunnan-Vietnam railway as the only exit line. And the Yunnan-Burma highway because of the outbreak of war at all costs to rob. Neither the beginning of the design nor the fact of the scheme were caused by economic development or social needs. In the face of such a highway during the Anti-Japanese War, it played the role of "lifeline", but the changes to the western Yunnan area and the whole Yunnan were great.
