【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后,國民政府為了增強(qiáng)抗戰(zhàn)力量、強(qiáng)化社會(huì)控制,賦予民眾教育館"訓(xùn)練民眾、動(dòng)員民眾之重大使命"�？箲�(zhàn)大后方四川省和重慶市的民眾教育館,在蔣介石推動(dòng)國民精神總動(dòng)員及新生活運(yùn)動(dòng)的背景下,致力于民族精神、傳統(tǒng)道德的教育;協(xié)助政府檢查民眾讀物、劇本、宣講資料;利用集會(huì)儀式等渠道對(duì)民眾實(shí)施國民精神動(dòng)員及日常生活改造,為戰(zhàn)時(shí)民眾動(dòng)員與訓(xùn)練做出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。但是由于工作范圍過于寬泛,人員缺乏專業(yè)訓(xùn)練,經(jīng)費(fèi)不足,以及部分職員工作敷衍懈怠,尤其還須面對(duì)國家權(quán)力與地方社會(huì)之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系,而使民眾教育館工作力不從心。不過它畢竟是政府體制內(nèi)的社會(huì)教育中心機(jī)構(gòu),較之體制外的民眾教育力量,具有被政府強(qiáng)力推廣的優(yōu)勢(shì),因此在社會(huì)精英和政府官員心目中依然"比較卓異"。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Government, in order to strengthen the strength and social control of the War of Resistance, entrusted the Education Museum of the people with "training the people and mobilizing the people". In the context of Jiang Jieshi's promotion of the general mobilization of the national spirit and the new life movement, the mass education centers of Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality devoted themselves to the education of national spirit and traditional morality. Assist the government to check people's books, scripts, preaching materials, and make some contributions to the mobilization and training of the people in wartime by means of gathering ceremony and other channels to carry out the national spiritual mobilization and daily life reform. However, because the scope of work is too broad, the staff lack professional training, lack of funds, and some staff work perfunctory, especially facing the complex relationship between state power and local society, which makes the work of popular education museum unfit. However, it is the central institution of social education in the government system, and has the advantage of being strongly popularized by the government compared with the mass education force outside the system, so it is still quite different in the eyes of the social elite and government officials.
