建設(shè)委員會與對外無線電利權(quán)挽回及事業(yè)發(fā)展

【摘要】：南京國民政府建設(shè)委員會成立未及半年,即在張靜江領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下從交通部接收了對全國無線電事業(yè)的管理事務(wù)。在從1928年6月到1929年6月短短的一年時間內(nèi),建設(shè)委員會在對國內(nèi)無線電事業(yè)全面整理的同時,還大刀闊斧地清理外國在華無線電事業(yè)。建設(shè)委員會不僅建立了上海真茹國際電臺與中菲轉(zhuǎn)播電臺,還逐步取消了外人在華所設(shè)的一些電臺,并適時推動無線電機(jī)件材料的正常國內(nèi)外貿(mào)易。在此基礎(chǔ)上,全國無線電事業(yè)獲得了快速發(fā)展。建設(shè)委員會對國外在華無線電事業(yè)的管理不僅在一定程度上挽回了國家民族利權(quán),還推動了中外貿(mào)易的快速發(fā)展,加快了國內(nèi)無線電事業(yè)的進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:Less than half a year after the establishment of the Nanjing National Government Construction Committee, under the leadership of Zhang Jingjiang, it took over the management of the national radio industry from the Ministry of Communications. In a short period of one year from June 1928 to June 1929, the construction committee made an overall arrangement of the domestic radio industry, and at the same time cleaned up the foreign radio industry in China. The construction committee not only established Shanghai ZhenRu International Radio Station and China and Philippines Broadcasting Station, but also gradually abolished some foreign radio stations in China, and promoted the normal domestic and foreign trade in radio parts materials in good time. On this basis, the national radio industry has achieved rapid development. The management of the foreign radio industry in China not only redeemed the national interests to a certain extent, but also promoted the rapid development of foreign trade and accelerated the progress of the domestic radio industry.
