【摘要】： 《世紀(jì)評(píng)論》于1947年1月4日創(chuàng)刊于南京,�？�1948年11月13號(hào),是何廉和張純明創(chuàng)辦的。一批自由主義知識(shí)分子以這份雜志為平臺(tái),對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)諸問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深刻的討論,尤其對(duì)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)、中間路線(xiàn)及金圓券改革等方面的探討特別深入。戰(zhàn)后的中國(guó)向何處去,成了國(guó)人思考的一個(gè)重大命題,一大批自由主義知識(shí)分子由于本身的學(xué)識(shí)素養(yǎng)以及政治敏感性,通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)的思考,提出了自己的建國(guó)方案。但由于沒(méi)有軍事力量做后盾,他們的理想成了空中樓閣。他們反對(duì)內(nèi)戰(zhàn),渴望和平,但國(guó)民黨發(fā)動(dòng)內(nèi)戰(zhàn),他們無(wú)奈;他們渴望民主,希望人權(quán)得到尊重,但國(guó)民黨政治獨(dú)裁,踐踏民主,他們無(wú)奈;他們希望經(jīng)濟(jì)民主,盼望國(guó)民黨實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)改革,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)資源進(jìn)行合理配置,但國(guó)民黨為籌措軍費(fèi),濫發(fā)紙幣,并且發(fā)動(dòng)一場(chǎng)對(duì)廣大民眾進(jìn)行殘酷榨取的金圓券改革,他們依然無(wú)奈。在國(guó)共之間處于中間立場(chǎng)的自由主義知識(shí)分子隨著形勢(shì)的變化,加上中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的大力爭(zhēng)取,他們逐漸放棄了自己的“中間路線(xiàn)”,加入到中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨建設(shè)新中國(guó)的時(shí)代潮流之中。
[Abstract]:Century Review was founded in Nanjing on January 4, 1947, and was founded by he Lian and Zhang Chunming on November 13, 1948. On the platform of this magazine, a group of liberal intellectuals deeply discussed the political, economic and social problems of the time, especially in the civil war, the middle line and the reform of gold certificates. Where did China go after the war became an important proposition for Chinese people to think about. A large number of liberal intellectuals put forward their own plan of founding a country through thinking about the reality of China because of their own intellectual literacy and political sensitivity. But without military backing, their ideals became castles in the air. They oppose civil war and yearn for peace, but they have no choice but to start a civil war by the Kuomintang. They yearn for democracy and want human rights to be respected, but the Kuomintang is politically dictatorial, trampling on democracy, and they are helpless. They hope for economic democracy, for the Kuomintang to carry out economic reforms, and for the rational allocation of economic resources. However, in order to raise military expenditure, issue indiscriminately banknotes, and launch a reform of gold and yuan vouchers that brutally extract from the general public, They are still helpless. With the change of the situation and the vigorous struggle of the Communist Party of China, the liberal intellectuals who are in the middle position between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party have gradually abandoned their own "middle line". Join the Chinese Communist Party to build a new China in the trend of the times.
