檔案是歷史的真實記錄——談《日軍侵浙細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)檔案資料匯編》編纂的幾點體會

【摘要】：正抗戰(zhàn)時期,浙江是遭受日軍細(xì)菌武器攻擊,災(zāi)難最為嚴(yán)重的省份之一。為了應(yīng)對日軍的細(xì)菌戰(zhàn),防治鼠疫等各種惡疫的蔓延,國民政府組織民眾,做了大量的宣傳教育和疫病防治工作,形成了不少檔案材料,這些檔案材料成為我們今天研究日軍對浙細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)必不可少的史料。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計,目前我省有31家綜合檔案館保存著280卷又575件日軍侵浙細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)方面的檔案史料,計有16000多頁。自2014年起,浙江省檔案局和中共浙江省委
[Abstract]:During the Anti-Japanese War, Zhejiang was one of the provinces hit by Japanese bacteriological weapons. In order to cope with the Japanese army's bacteriological warfare and the spread of plague and other evil diseases, the national government organized the public to do a great deal of propaganda, education, and prevention and control of epidemic diseases, and formed a lot of archival materials. These archival materials are the essential historical materials for the Japanese army to study the bacterial warfare in Zhejiang today. According to incomplete statistics, at present, there are 31 comprehensive archives in our province containing 280-volume and 575 files of historical data of Japanese invading bacterial warfare in Zhejiang Province, with a total of more than 16000 pages.
