【摘要】：本文研究大成公司創(chuàng)立者劉國鈞的思想變化,作為一個(gè)頗具民望的民族資本家,劉國鈞引領(lǐng)了 30年代常州紡織業(yè)的發(fā)展。他的思想值得我們?nèi)パ芯亢吞接�。在國共�?nèi)戰(zhàn)的炮聲中,劉國鈞出走香港。在中共多次邀請(qǐng)聲中,劉國鈞回歸到大陸,在出走前他是一個(gè)毫無政治傾向的民族資本家,一心一意做自己的事業(yè)。在他回國后,加入了民主建國會(huì),政治上向中共靠攏。在這過程中,"五反"運(yùn)動(dòng)像是催化劑,極大的加快了劉國鈞變化的速度。經(jīng)歷"五反"運(yùn)動(dòng)的劉國鈞開始主動(dòng)、積極向中共靠攏,同時(shí)也開始了棄工從政的轉(zhuǎn)變。從出走到回歸,再到經(jīng)歷國內(nèi)的群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)最后成為中共政策的積極擁護(hù)者,乃至當(dāng)選為江蘇省副省長。這中間的轉(zhuǎn)變反映了劉國鈞在建國初期劇烈的思想變化。在這之中不僅有劉國鈞政治傾向的變化,也有劉國鈞對(duì)中共認(rèn)識(shí)的不斷加深,也有他自身發(fā)展道路的轉(zhuǎn)變�？梢哉f以此為基點(diǎn),劉國鈞此前的人生和此后的人生發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。抓住這段劇烈變化時(shí)期劉國鈞的思想變化,對(duì)劉國鈞整個(gè)人生的考察具有十分重要的意義。以往對(duì)劉國鈞的研究更多集中在史料的匯編,企業(yè)管理方法,及其個(gè)人傳記。而對(duì)在建國初期思想變化的相關(guān)研究還處于起步階段,大有探討的余地。本文通過對(duì)常州市館藏大成紡織染廠檔案,《劉國鈞文集》以及其他作者關(guān)于劉國鈞傳記的解讀,剖析劉國鈞對(duì)新政權(quán)從疑、懼、信、服,到真誠擁護(hù)的多次反復(fù)的轉(zhuǎn)變,希望通過對(duì)劉國鈞思想轉(zhuǎn)變的分析來了解劉國鈞、理解劉國釣。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the ideological changes of Liu Guojun, founder of Dacheng Company. As a popular national capitalist, Liu Guojun led the development of Changzhou textile industry in the 1930s. His thought is worthy of our study and discussion. Liu Guojun ran away from Hong Kong amid the guns of the Kuomintang and Communist civil war. Liu Guojun returned to the mainland in response to repeated invitations from the Chinese Communists. Before he left, he was a national capitalist with no political inclination and devoted himself to his own cause. After he returned to China, he joined the Democratic National Council and drew close to the Chinese Communist Party politically. In the process, the five-anti-movement acts as a catalyst, greatly speeding up the speed of Liu Guojun's change. Liu Guojun, who experienced the "five-anti -" movement, began to take the initiative and actively close to the Chinese Communist Party, and also began the transition from work to politics. From running away to returning, to experiencing the mass movement in China, he became an active supporter of the Communist Party's policy and even elected vice governor of Jiangsu Province. This change reflected Liu Guojun's radical ideological changes in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Among them are not only the changes of Liu Guojun's political tendencies, but also the deepening of Liu Guojun's understanding of the CPC and the change of his own development path. It can be said that this point, Liu Guojun before life and life has undergone earth-shaking changes. It is of great significance for Liu Guojun to study his whole life by grasping the change of Liu Guojun's thoughts during this period. Previous studies of Liu Guojun have focused more on the compilation of historical materials, business management methods, and biographies. At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the related research on ideological changes is still in its infancy, and there is much room for discussion. By analyzing the archives of Dacheng Textile dyeing Factory in Changzhou City, the Collection of articles of Liu Guojun and other authors' biographies of Liu Guojun, this paper analyzes Liu Guojun's repeated changes from doubt, fear, faith, clothing to sincere support for the new regime. I hope to understand Liu Guojun and understand Liu Guodian through the analysis of Liu Guojun's ideological transformation.
