【摘要】：民國時期,新疆貨幣運行及金融秩序總體上比較混亂,但混亂中又呈現(xiàn)貨幣現(xiàn)代化有序發(fā)展趨勢。這是新疆政治格局連續(xù)洗牌在財政金融上的反射,又反映出新疆特有的地域、民族特質(zhì)對于貨幣運行的影響與作用,使得邊疆貨幣衍生出特別的意涵。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, the monetary operation and financial order in Xinjiang were generally chaotic, but the trend of monetary modernization was in order. This is the reflection of the successive reshuffle of Xinjiang's political structure in finance and finance, and it also reflects the influence and function of Xinjiang's unique region and national characteristics on the currency operation, which makes the frontier currency derive special meaning.
