【摘要】：安徽地方銀行是1936年安徽省政府籌資創(chuàng)辦的省營金融機關,自1936年成立至1949年被安徽省人民政府接管,前后共歷時13年,該行也是民國時期安徽地方金融業(yè)中規(guī)模最大、經(jīng)營時間最長的一家銀行。安徽地方銀行以調(diào)劑金融,扶助省縣地方經(jīng)濟建設事業(yè),以及推行金庫制度為宗旨,其業(yè)務不僅包括銀行的一般業(yè)務,還包括特許業(yè)務,如代理公庫、發(fā)行貨幣等。 本文主要通過梳理民國時期安徽地方銀行的史料,以及其他相關史料文獻,對安徽地方銀行的創(chuàng)立背景、經(jīng)過、運作與管理、業(yè)務、歷史作用及其局限性等方面進行系統(tǒng)而深入的研究,著重分析了安徽地方銀行對近代安徽經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的歷史作用。安徽地方銀行的產(chǎn)生及其經(jīng)營活動不僅促進了近代安徽經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,推動了安徽金融近代化的進程,而且對于當代中國地方銀行的經(jīng)營和發(fā)展也具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Anhui Local Bank was established by Anhui Provincial Government in 1936. From its establishment in 1936 to its takeover by Anhui Provincial people's Government in 1949, the bank lasted 13 years. It was also the largest local financial industry in Anhui during the period of the Republic of China. The longest operating bank. The purpose of Anhui local bank is to adjust finance, to help local economic construction in provinces and counties, and to carry out treasury system. Its business includes not only the general business of banks, but also the business of franchise, such as acting public treasury, issuing currency and so on. This article mainly through combing the historical data of Anhui local bank in the period of the Republic of China, as well as other related historical documents, to the foundation background, the process, the operation and the management, the business of the Anhui local bank. The historical function and its limitation are studied systematically and deeply, and the historical function of Anhui local bank to the economic development of modern Anhui is analyzed emphatically. The emergence and operation of Anhui local banks not only promoted the development of modern Anhui economy and promoted the process of Anhui financial modernization, but also provided reference for the management and development of local banks in contemporary China.
