【摘要】： 解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨接管城市工作的理論和實(shí)踐是與實(shí)現(xiàn)近現(xiàn)代中國社會(huì)三次歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變緊密相關(guān)的問題,在近現(xiàn)代中國社會(huì)歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變中具有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。接管城市工作是中國從半殖民地半封建社會(huì)向民族獨(dú)立、人民當(dāng)家作主新社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變的重大步驟,為從新民主主義革命向社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)變奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),在接管城市工作中所形成的科學(xué)理念、工作作風(fēng)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)為從高度集中的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制到充滿活力的社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制、從封閉半封閉到全方位開放的歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變提供了重要的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示。因此,解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨接管城市工作的理論和實(shí)踐是馬克思主義研究領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重大課題。 全面系統(tǒng)地研究解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨接管城市工作的歷史進(jìn)程、科學(xué)理論、政策體系、成功范例、戰(zhàn)略地位、經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示等問題,對于構(gòu)建新的研究框架、拓展新的研究空間、彌補(bǔ)學(xué)術(shù)研究不足具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值,對于豐富和充實(shí)新民主主義理論具有重大的理論意義,對于我們今天管理城市和建設(shè)城市具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 論文堅(jiān)持以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),采用歷史科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)、宏觀研究與微觀研究相結(jié)合、理論研究和實(shí)踐研究相結(jié)合、文獻(xiàn)學(xué)等研究方法,對解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨接管城市工作的理論和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)地分析和論證。 論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于：論文認(rèn)為中國共產(chǎn)黨接管城市工作的理論和實(shí)踐是與中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的近現(xiàn)代中國社會(huì)三次歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變緊密相關(guān)的問題,在近現(xiàn)代中國社會(huì)歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變中具有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位；論文創(chuàng)造性地構(gòu)建了中國共產(chǎn)黨接管城市工作的理論體系,豐富和充實(shí)了新民主主義理論寶庫；論文認(rèn)為新民主主義理論是接管城市工作的指導(dǎo)思想,新民主主義理論為中國共產(chǎn)黨制定接管城市工作政策、開展接管城市工作提供了理論依據(jù)；論文對接管城市工作的歷史進(jìn)程及其劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了獨(dú)創(chuàng)性的研究和論證,構(gòu)建起獨(dú)有的研究框架。
[Abstract]:The theory and practice of the Communist Party of China taking over urban work during the War of Liberation is closely related to the realization of three historic changes in modern Chinese society, and plays an important strategic role in the historical transformation of modern Chinese society. Taking over the work of the cities is a major step in China's transition from a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society to a national independence and a new society in which the people are masters of their own affairs. It has laid a solid foundation for the transition from the new democratic revolution to the socialist revolution and construction. The scientific ideas, work style and management experience formed in taking over the city work are from a highly centralized planned economy system to a vigorous socialist market economy system. The historic change from closed and semi-closed to all-around opening provides important experience and enlightenment. Therefore, the theory and practice of the Communist Party of China taking over urban work during the War of Liberation is an important subject in the field of Marxist research. A comprehensive and systematic study of the historical process, scientific theory, policy system, successful examples, strategic status, experience and enlightenment of the CPC's takeover of urban work during the War of Liberation was made to construct a new research framework. It is of great academic value to expand the new research space and make up for the lack of academic research, which is of great theoretical significance to enrich and enrich the new democratic theory. For our management of cities and construction of cities today has an important practical significance. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, the thesis adopts the methods of historical science, system science, macro and micro research, theoretical and practical research, bibliography, etc. The theory and practice of the Communist Party of China taking over urban work during the War of Liberation were analyzed and demonstrated in a comprehensive and systematic way. The innovation of the thesis lies in the fact that the theory and practice of the CPC taking over urban work are closely related to the three historical changes in modern Chinese society under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. The thesis creatively constructs the theoretical system of the Communist Party of China to take over the urban work, which enriches and enriches the treasure house of the new democracy theory. The paper holds that the new democracy theory is the guiding ideology of taking over the urban work, and the new democracy theory provides the theoretical basis for the Communist Party of China to formulate the policy of taking over the urban work and to carry out the work of taking over the city. This paper has carried on the original research and the demonstration to the historical process and the division standard of the take-over city work, has constructed the unique research frame.
