【摘要】：從中華人民共和國(guó)成立到社會(huì)主義改造基本完成,這是一個(gè)過渡時(shí)期,在這個(gè)時(shí)期黨的總路線和總?cè)蝿?wù)是在一個(gè)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)期內(nèi),基本上實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)家工業(yè)化和對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)、手工業(yè)、資本主義工商業(yè)的社會(huì)主義改造。其中,對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的社會(huì)主義改造是通過互助合作道路逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)的,就是農(nóng)村合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)。在這場(chǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)中,有其偉大的歷史功績(jī),也有始料未及的失誤。山東莘縣位于冀魯豫三省交界地方是革命老區(qū),抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)根據(jù)地。莘縣農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)開始較早,歷史較長(zhǎng),在全國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)中具有典型示范意義。 本文以曾廣福、劉雪來、牛心寬等互助組為代表,點(diǎn)面結(jié)合。詳細(xì)地介紹了莘縣互助組產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,互助組的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理及特點(diǎn),互助組的優(yōu)越性及存在的問題;莘縣初級(jí)合作社的形成和內(nèi)部管理情況,初級(jí)社與互助組相比有哪些優(yōu)點(diǎn),初級(jí)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的經(jīng)驗(yàn);莘縣高級(jí)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的特點(diǎn)、規(guī)模和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方式,莘縣高級(jí)社的發(fā)展經(jīng)過。 分析和研究莘縣農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的全過程,有助于認(rèn)識(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的必要性,對(duì)今后社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過程中,新的農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織建設(shè)和發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:From the founding of the People's Republic of China to the basic completion of the socialist transformation, this is a transitional period in which the Party's general line and task is basically to achieve national industrialization and socialist transformation of agriculture, handicraft industry and capitalist industry and Commerce in a fairly long period of time. In this movement, there were great historical achievements and unexpected mistakes. Shandong Xinxian County, located at the junction of Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces, was an old revolutionary area and an anti-Japanese war base area. The movement of agricultural cooperation in China has typical exemplary significance.
In this paper, Zeng Guangfu, Liu Xuelai, Niu Xinkuan and other mutual aid groups as representatives, point-to-face combination. Detailed introduction of the emergence and development of the mutual aid group in Shenxian, the management and characteristics of the mutual aid group, the advantages and problems of the mutual aid group; the formation and internal management of the primary cooperatives in Shenxian, the advantages of the primary cooperatives compared with the mutual aid group, primary. The experience of agricultural cooperatives; the characteristics, scale and management mode of senior agricultural cooperatives in Shenxian County; the development process of senior agricultural cooperatives in Shenxian County.
Analyzing and studying the whole process of the agricultural cooperative movement in Juxian will help us to understand the necessity of the agricultural cooperative movement and will be of great significance to the construction and development of the new rural cooperative economic organization in the process of building a new socialist countryside in the future.
