莘縣農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運動研究

【摘要】：從中華人民共和國成立到社會主義改造基本完成,這是一個過渡時期,在這個時期黨的總路線和總?cè)蝿?wù)是在一個相當長的時期內(nèi),基本上實現(xiàn)了國家工業(yè)化和對農(nóng)業(yè)、手工業(yè)、資本主義工商業(yè)的社會主義改造。其中,對我國農(nóng)業(yè)的社會主義改造是通過互助合作道路逐步實現(xiàn)的,就是農(nóng)村合作化運動。在這場運動中,有其偉大的歷史功績,也有始料未及的失誤。山東莘縣位于冀魯豫三省交界地方是革命老區(qū),抗日戰(zhàn)爭根據(jù)地。莘縣農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運動開始較早,歷史較長,在全國農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運動中具有典型示范意義。 本文以曾廣福、劉雪來、牛心寬等互助組為代表,點面結(jié)合。詳細地介紹了莘縣互助組產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,互助組的經(jīng)營管理及特點,互助組的優(yōu)越性及存在的問題;莘縣初級合作社的形成和內(nèi)部管理情況,初級社與互助組相比有哪些優(yōu)點,初級農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的經(jīng)驗;莘縣高級農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的特點、規(guī)模和經(jīng)營管理方式,莘縣高級社的發(fā)展經(jīng)過。 分析和研究莘縣農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運動的全過程,有助于認識農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運動的必要性,對今后社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過程中,新的農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟組織建設(shè)和發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:From the founding of the people's Republic of China to the basic completion of socialist transformation, this is a transitional period, during which the Party's general line and overall tasks have basically been achieved in the industrialization of the country and in the agricultural and handicraft industries over a considerable period of time. Socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce. Among them, the socialist transformation of China's agriculture is gradually realized through the road of mutual aid and cooperation, namely the rural cooperative movement. In this movement, there are great historical achievements, but also unexpected mistakes. Xinxian County in Shandong Province is located at the junction of Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces is the old revolutionary area, the base area of the War of Resistance against Japan. The agricultural cooperative movement in Xinxian County began earlier and has a long history, which has typical demonstration significance in the national agricultural cooperative movement. This article is represented by Zeng Guangfu, Liu Xuelai, Niu Xinkuan and other mutual-aid groups. This paper introduces in detail the emergence and development of the mutual aid group, the management and characteristics of the mutual aid group, the superiority of the mutual aid group and the existing problems, the formation and internal management of the primary cooperative in Xinxian County, and the advantages of the primary cooperative compared with the mutual aid group. The experience of primary agricultural cooperatives, the characteristics, scale and management mode of advanced agricultural cooperatives in Xinxian County, and the development of advanced cooperatives in Xinxian County. The analysis and study of the whole process of the agricultural cooperative movement in Xinxian is helpful to the understanding of the necessity of the agricultural cooperative movement and is of great significance for the construction and development of the new rural cooperative economic organizations in the future.
