民國時期海河放淤工程及其環(huán)境效應研究

【摘要】:海河淤積問題嚴重阻礙著近代天津港口的發(fā)展,為解決這一難題,整理海河委員會、整理海河善后工程處和華北水利委員會先后辦理了海河放淤工程,將含沙量最大的永定河洪水引入放淤區(qū)域,是永定河在官廳水庫建成前防洪攔沙的最重要措施。工程在很大程度上減少了輸入海河的泥沙量,同時也改變了放淤區(qū)域的農田耕種方式。放淤工程處于傳統(tǒng)水利向現(xiàn)代水利的轉型階段,在中國水利史上具有重要的歷史意義。
[Abstract]:The sedimentation problem of Haihe River seriously hindered the development of Tianjin port in modern times. In order to solve this problem, the Haihe River Commission, the Haihe River Rehabilitation Agency and the North China Water Conservancy Commission have successively handled the Haihe River desilting project. It is the most important measure for the Yongding River to prevent sand before the Guanting Reservoir is built by introducing the flood water of Yongding River which has the largest sediment content into the siltation area. The project largely reduces the amount of sediment that flows into the Haihe River and changes the farming practices in desilting areas. Desilting project is in the transition stage from traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy, which has important historical significance in the history of Chinese water conservancy.
