【摘要】：干部教育思想是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分，在教育、培養(yǎng)干部的問題上，毛澤東傾注了大量的心血，，尤其在延安這一特殊時(shí)期，毛澤東就干部教育這一問題所提出的一系列思想構(gòu)成了毛澤東干部教育思想的主要內(nèi)容。正因?yàn)槊珴蓶|如此重視干部教育，我黨才擁有了一批有著創(chuàng)造力、凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力的干部隊(duì)伍，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國人民實(shí)現(xiàn)中國歷史上最深刻和最偉大的社會(huì)變革，為中國人民完成民族獨(dú)立和人民解放的任務(wù)做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。 毛澤東對干部教育問題一直給予高度重視，在延安時(shí)期，毛澤東的干部教育思想由萌芽、形成走向成熟。延安時(shí)期是中國革命發(fā)展的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，也是中國共產(chǎn)黨建設(shè)的重要時(shí)期。在這一時(shí)期，戰(zhàn)爭及根據(jù)地建設(shè)需要大量的黨政軍干部，黨的干部教育事業(yè)此時(shí)得以蓬勃發(fā)展，也正是在這一時(shí)期，毛澤東的干部教育思想走向成熟，形成了系統(tǒng)的干部教育思想體系。 在中國飛速發(fā)展的今天，建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型的政黨和一支高素質(zhì)的干部隊(duì)伍是我黨提高執(zhí)政能力的有力保證。毛澤東在延安時(shí)期所提出的一系列干部教育思想為建設(shè)高素質(zhì)的干部隊(duì)伍提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，尤其是在加強(qiáng)干部理論教育方面提出的用馬克思主義理論武裝干部隊(duì)伍，提供了重要的借鑒和啟示作用，有力加強(qiáng)了各級干部的黨性覺悟，從根本上保證了黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)緊緊掌握在馬克思主義者手中。毛澤東干部教育思想對當(dāng)今我黨干部隊(duì)伍的培養(yǎng)管理具有重大的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The thought of cadre education is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought. On the issue of education and training of cadres, Mao Zedong devoted a great deal of effort, especially in the special period of Yan'an. Mao Zedong put forward a series of thoughts on cadre education. It is precisely because Mao Zedong attaches so much importance to cadre education that our party has a contingent of cadres with creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness to lead the Chinese people to realize the deepest and greatest social changes in Chinese history. To make great contributions to the Chinese people in accomplishing the task of national independence and people's liberation. Mao Zedong has always attached great importance to the issue of cadre education. During the Yan'an period, Mao Zedong's thought of cadre education developed from bud to maturity. Yan'an period is a critical period for the development of the Chinese revolution and an important period for the construction of the Communist Party of China. During this period, the war and the construction of base areas required a large number of party, government and military cadres, and the cause of cadre education of the party flourished. It was during this period that Mao Zedong's thoughts on cadre education matured. Formed the systematic cadre education thought system. With the rapid development of China, the construction of a learning-oriented political party and a contingent of high-quality cadres is a strong guarantee for our Party to improve its ruling ability. A series of cadre education ideas put forward by Mao Zedong during the Yan'an period have provided valuable experience and lessons for building a contingent of high-quality cadres, especially in strengthening cadre theoretical education and arming the contingent of cadres with Marxist theory. It has provided important reference and enlightenment function, has strengthened the party spirit consciousness of the cadres at all levels, and has fundamentally ensured that the leadership of the party is firmly grasped in the hands of the Marxists. Mao Zedong's thought of cadre education is of great significance to the cultivation and management of our Party's cadre ranks.
