【摘要】：正在中國改革開放36年之際,中國行政體制改革也已經(jīng)走過36年的歷程。如何評價(jià)這36年中國行政體制改革與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系?如何細(xì)致地描述中國行政體制改革的框架?未來的行政體制改革將怎樣進(jìn)行?這些問題需要有一個(gè)比較全面和系統(tǒng)的研究,以進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。學(xué)者們對中國行政體制改革的看法不一,甚至有的學(xué)者認(rèn)為行政體制改革對中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)沒有產(chǎn)生影響,但是,大家不能否認(rèn)的是,過去30多年中有效的行政體制是經(jīng)
[Abstract]:During the 36 years of reform and opening up, China's administrative system reform has also gone through 36 years. How to evaluate the relationship between China's administrative system reform and economic development in the past 36 years? How to describe the framework of China's administrative system reform in detail? How will the future reform of the administrative system be carried out? These problems need a more comprehensive and systematic study to further promote the social and economic development of China. Scholars have different views on the reform of China's administrative system. Some even think that the reform of the administrative system has no impact on China's economy and society. However, it cannot be denied that the administrative system that has been in effect in the past 30 years or so has been an economic and social one.
