【摘要】： 抗美援朝戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)后,為支援前線,在國內(nèi),中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全國人民發(fā)動(dòng)了一場大規(guī)模的抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)。中共河北省委積極響應(yīng)中央號(hào)召,在全省開展了轟轟烈烈的抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)。全省人民在高漲的愛國熱情鼓舞下,紛紛以訂立愛國公約,增產(chǎn)捐獻(xiàn),開展愛國增產(chǎn)競賽等實(shí)際行動(dòng)來支援戰(zhàn)爭,不僅取得了全省抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)的勝利,而且加快了全省經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的恢復(fù)和發(fā)展。這些成績的取得,與抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中深入的動(dòng)員工作是密不可分的。 在抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)中,宣傳動(dòng)員是確立群眾認(rèn)同感、激發(fā)群眾愛國熱情的過程,是行動(dòng)動(dòng)員的前提。全省范圍內(nèi)宣傳網(wǎng)的建立健全為宣傳動(dòng)員的開展提供了保障。運(yùn)動(dòng)中,全省投入大批的宣傳員、報(bào)告員,運(yùn)用各種宣傳方法,對(duì)群眾進(jìn)行愛國主義宣傳教育,極大地動(dòng)員了群眾的愛國熱情。 行動(dòng)動(dòng)員既是因變量又是自變量。一方面,行動(dòng)動(dòng)員是在宣傳動(dòng)員的基礎(chǔ)上,將群眾的愛國熱情轉(zhuǎn)化為物質(zhì)力量的過程;另一方面,在行動(dòng)動(dòng)員的實(shí)際行動(dòng)中,群眾的愛國熱情得到不斷地提升,又強(qiáng)化了動(dòng)員效果�！芭c各種實(shí)際工作相結(jié)合”的行動(dòng)動(dòng)員方針,擴(kuò)展了行動(dòng)動(dòng)員的內(nèi)涵,體現(xiàn)了河北省抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)的特殊性。 此外,河北省抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)中動(dòng)員工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),為今后的運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)員工作提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against US aggression and Aid to Korea, in order to support the front line, the Communist Party of China led the people of the whole country to launch a large-scale campaign of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea. Hebei Provincial Party Committee responded positively to the central call and launched a vigorous campaign of resistance to US aggression and aid to North Korea throughout the province. Inspired by the upsurge of patriotic enthusiasm, the people of the whole province have one after another supported the war by making patriotic conventions, increasing production and donating, launching patriotic and increasing production competitions, and so on. Not only has the province won the victory of the campaign of resisting US aggression against the United States and aiding the Democratic people's Republic of Korea, And speed up the province's economic construction and the restoration and development of various undertakings. The achievement of these achievements is inseparable from the deep mobilization work in the process of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea. In the movement of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea, propaganda and mobilization is the process of establishing the identity of the masses and arousing the patriotic enthusiasm of the masses. The establishment and perfection of propaganda network in the province provides guarantee for the development of propaganda mobilization. In the campaign, the province invested a large number of propagandists, rapporteurs, using various propaganda methods, patriotic propaganda and education to the masses, greatly mobilized the patriotic enthusiasm of the masses. Action mobilization is not only dependent variable but also independent variable. On the one hand, action mobilization is the process of transforming the masses' patriotic enthusiasm into material strength on the basis of propaganda and mobilization; on the other hand, in the actual action of action mobilization, the masses' patriotic enthusiasm is constantly raised. The mobilization effect has also been strengthened. The action mobilization policy of "combining with all kinds of practical work" expands the connotation of action mobilization and embodies the particularity of the movement of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea in Hebei Province. In addition, the experiences and lessons of mobilization in the movement of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea in Hebei Province provide reference for the mobilization work in the future.
