【摘要】：京師同文館在晚清中外文化交流中占有十分重要的地位。為了滿足教學(xué)需求和業(yè)務(wù)需要,翻譯出版了不少西方科學(xué)文化圖書,尤其是法學(xué)類書籍。京師同文館是一所為政府培養(yǎng)外交翻譯人員的新式學(xué)校,它使中方人員在京師同文館譯介活動(dòng)中的地位與作用得到顯著提升。京師同文館譯介的圖書與以往出版的社科類圖書不同,有著新的特點(diǎn),在晚清社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了重大影響,是近代中外法學(xué)交流的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:The capital teacher and the literary hall played a very important role in the cultural exchange between China and foreign countries in the late Qing Dynasty. In order to meet the needs of teaching and business, many western science and culture books, especially law books, have been translated and published. As a new school to train diplomatic translators for the government, the Beijing Shi Tong Literary Museum has greatly enhanced the status and role of the Chinese staff in the translation and introduction activities between the Beijing Teachers and the Literary Museum. The books translated and introduced by the Peking Teachers and the Literary Museum are different from the social science books published in the past. They have new characteristics and have a great influence on the society of the late Qing Dynasty. They are an important part of the legal exchanges between China and the foreign countries in modern times.
