【摘要】：《黨的工作》是中共中央到達陜北后創(chuàng)辦的一份指導(dǎo)黨的實際工作的黨內(nèi)秘密刊物,1936年6月10日創(chuàng)刊,1937年12月1日�？�,在一年半的時間里共計發(fā)行49期。該刊物涉及黨的工作的各個方面,如政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線、軍隊、根據(jù)地建設(shè)、群眾、黨組織建設(shè)、黨內(nèi)教育,內(nèi)容十分豐富,《黨的工作》尤其重視對黨的抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的宣傳。《黨的工作》宣傳抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的基本理論,無產(chǎn)階級掌握領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán),工農(nóng)聯(lián)盟是主力,資產(chǎn)階級是可以爭取的力量。求同存異,既統(tǒng)一又對立,又聯(lián)合又斗爭,堅持依靠自己力量和爭取外援相結(jié)合的原則是抗戰(zhàn)勝利的關(guān)鍵。為實現(xiàn)國共兩黨二次合作,中共在政治和軍事上做了很多努力,這是抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線形成的基礎(chǔ)。中共堅持民族自決和民族平等的原則,促進回民、蒙民的民族解放,爭取哥老會等武裝力量加入到抗日武裝中,實現(xiàn)全民族的抗戰(zhàn)。兩廣事變、紅軍長征勝利會師、西安事變和盧溝橋事變等事件對抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作有重大影響,《黨的工作》通過報道和分析事件所引起的抗戰(zhàn)形勢的變化,及時的調(diào)整抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的政策,并進行廣泛宣傳�！饵h的工作》深化了黨員干部對抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的認識,推動了抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的形成和發(fā)展,與抗戰(zhàn)時期其他報刊相比,充分體現(xiàn)了黨內(nèi)秘密刊物的理論性與實踐性相結(jié)合的特點�！饵h的工作》為新時期黨報黨刊如何發(fā)揮主流媒體的作用提供借鑒,同時也啟示我們?nèi)绾胃玫貙W(xué)習(xí)和運用黨報黨刊指導(dǎo)實際生活。
[Abstract]:The work of the Party is a secret inner-party publication founded by the CPC Central Committee after it arrived in northern Shaanxi to guide the Party's actual work. It was founded on June 10, 1936, ceased publication on December 1, 1937, and issued a total of 49 issues in a year and a half. The publication covers all aspects of the Party's work, such as politics, economy, culture, the anti-Japanese national United front, the army, the construction of base areas, the masses, Party organizations and inner-Party education. The work of the Party attaches particular importance to the propaganda of the Party's anti-Japanese national United front. [the work of the Party] propagates the basic theory of the anti-Japanese national United front, the proletariat holds the leadership, and the worker-peasant alliance is the main force. The bourgeoisie is a force that can be won over. Seeking common ground while reserving differences, unifying and opposing, uniting and fighting, adhering to the principle of combining relying on one's own strength and winning foreign aid is the key to the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan. In order to realize the second cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, the CPC has made a lot of efforts in politics and military affairs, which is the foundation of the formation of the anti-Japanese national United front. The Communist Party of China adheres to the principles of national self-determination and national equality, promotes the liberation of the Hui people and the Mongolian people, and strives for armed forces such as the Colosseum and the Lao Society to join the anti-Japanese armed forces to realize the whole nation's war of resistance. The events such as the Guang-Canton incident, the victory of the long March of the Red Army, the Xi'an incident and the Lugou Bridge incident had a major impact on the work of the anti-Japanese national United front, and the "work of the Party", through reporting and analysing the changes in the situation of the War of Resistance caused by the incident, Timely adjustment of the policy of the anti-Japanese national United front and extensive propaganda. The work of the Party has deepened the understanding of the anti-Japanese national United front among party members and cadres, and promoted the formation and development of the anti-Japanese national United front. Compared with other newspapers and periodicals during the War of Resistance against Japan, it fully embodies the characteristics of the combination of theory and practice of the Party's secret publications.
