【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時期,縣級合作金庫肩負(fù)著活躍大后方農(nóng)村金融,促進農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要使命。辦理存款是合作金庫的中心業(yè)務(wù)之一,儲戶包括合作社及其他社會資金,但合作社存款所占比例極小,且以活期存款為主。與其他金融機構(gòu)相比,合作金庫的存款利率明顯偏低,儲蓄業(yè)務(wù)的吸引力較差,在競爭中始終處于劣勢。與貸款數(shù)額相比,合作金庫的存款數(shù)額較小,這說明合作金庫存款對農(nóng)村金融的調(diào)劑作用并不明顯。
[Abstract]:During the anti-Japanese war, county-level cooperative treasury undertook the important mission of activating the rural finance in the rear area and promoting agricultural production. The depositors include cooperatives and other social funds, but the proportion of cooperative deposits is very small, and demand deposits are the main account. Compared with other financial institutions, the deposit interest rate of cooperative treasury is obviously low, the attraction of savings business is poor, and they are always at a disadvantage in competition. Compared with the loan amount, the amount of the cooperative treasury deposit is smaller, which indicates that the cooperative treasury deposit has no obvious effect on rural finance.
