【摘要】：民國中央政府為積極管理西藏各項(xiàng)事務(wù),設(shè)置了蒙藏委員會(huì);建立健全法規(guī),通過加強(qiáng)藏傳佛教事務(wù)管理,積極維護(hù)國家主權(quán);尊崇九世班禪,積極恢復(fù)中央和西藏地方正常關(guān)系;妥善進(jìn)行尋訪十三世達(dá)賴?yán)�、九世班禪轉(zhuǎn)世靈童的工作,維護(hù)中央政府權(quán)威;籌劃推行西藏政教分離的改革目標(biāo),積極謀劃"內(nèi)政統(tǒng)一"的政治理想。各項(xiàng)措施為維護(hù)主權(quán)、固邊穩(wěn)藏起到了一定作用。
[Abstract]:The Central Government of the Republic of China set up a Mongolian and Tibetan Commission to actively manage the affairs of Tibet; established and improved laws and regulations to actively safeguard national sovereignty by strengthening the management of Tibetan Buddhist affairs; and respected the Ninth Panchen Lama. To actively restore normal relations between the Central Committee and Tibet localities; to properly carry out the work of searching for the 13th Dalai Lama and the reincarnated spirit child of the Ninth Panchen Lama; to safeguard the authority of the Central Government; and to plan for the implementation of the reform goal of separating the state and religion in Tibet. Actively plan the political ideal of "unification of internal affairs". Various measures have played a certain role in safeguarding sovereignty and stabilizing the border.
