抗戰(zhàn)時期左權縣救聯(lián)會研究

【摘要】：抗日戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)后,全國多地成立了工農(nóng)婦青抗日救國聯(lián)合會,旨在聯(lián)合社會各個階層,組織群眾運動一致抗日。左權縣因其獨特地理位置及地形條件,一度成為敵后抗日根據(jù)地的中心區(qū)域。然而作為地方性抗日群眾團體的左權縣救國聯(lián)合會卻將工作重心放在了內(nèi)部群眾斗爭上,多次發(fā)動減租減息、清理舊債、組織生產(chǎn)等運動且收效明顯,迅速地掌握民心站穩(wěn)了腳跟。左權縣救聯(lián)會屬于地方鄉(xiāng)村新生政權,能夠短時間內(nèi)顛覆傳統(tǒng)政治權威,除了依靠群眾支持外,也與中共和八路軍的大力扶持有關。在已知救聯(lián)會的研究中,對于地方救聯(lián)會的研究更是少之又少。西北各界救國聯(lián)合會是對地區(qū)救國聯(lián)合會研究中較為亮眼的部分,而對于抗日根據(jù)地救聯(lián)會的研究則寥寥無幾,只散見于抗日根據(jù)地群眾運動和群眾團體研究中,且相對集中于青年團體運動研究,對抗日根據(jù)地的救國聯(lián)合會并無整體且深入的研究與探討,本文則主要以左權縣救聯(lián)會為主要研究對象,豐富救國聯(lián)合會地方性研究。本文共分四章。第一章論述了救聯(lián)會的性質(zhì)、產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展、組織架構及主要工作內(nèi)容;第二章全面論述了救聯(lián)會發(fā)動群眾運動的過程、具體內(nèi)容、斗爭層級和群眾干部的反饋;第三章論證了救聯(lián)會工作內(nèi)容的有效性、權威性、與中共的關系,以及作為新興政權與鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)權威的碰撞;第四章總結了救聯(lián)會對群眾造成之意義與其工作中存在的缺憾。本文通過四章內(nèi)容以左權縣救聯(lián)會為研究樣本,對左權縣救聯(lián)會與當?shù)厝罕姟鹘y(tǒng)政權及中國共產(chǎn)黨之間的關系深入研究,揭示其在抗日救亡運動中的歷史作用,對于充實救聯(lián)會地方性研究和傳承紅色文化具有現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Federation of Workers, Peasants, Young Women, Resistance against Japan and National Salvation was established, aiming at uniting all social strata and organizing mass movements to resist Japan. Zuoquan County, because of its unique geographical location and terrain conditions, once became the center of the anti-Japanese base area behind enemy lines. However, as a local anti-Japanese mass organization, the Zuo Quan County National Salvation Federation has focused its work on the internal mass struggle, launched rent and interest reduction, cleaned up old debts, organized production and so on many times, with obvious results. Quickly grasped the hearts of the people and established their feet. Zuo Quan County Rescue Association is a new political power in local villages, which can subvert traditional political authority in a short period of time. Besides relying on the support of the masses, it also has something to do with the vigorous support of the CPC and the eighth Route Army. In the known rescue association research, the local rescue association research is even less. The National Salvation Federation of all walks of life in Northwest China is a more prominent part of the study of the Regional National Salvation Federation, while the Research on the Anti-Japanese Base area Rescue Federation is very few. It is scattered in the study of mass movements and mass organizations in the anti-Japanese base areas. And relatively concentrated in the study of youth group movement, there is no overall and in-depth research and discussion on the national salvation federation in the anti-Japanese base area. This article mainly takes Zuo Quan County Rescue Association as the main research object, enriches the local research of the National Salvation Federation. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the nature, generation and development, organizational structure and main work content of the rescue association, and the second chapter comprehensively discusses the process, the specific content, the level of struggle and the feedback of the mass cadres. The third chapter demonstrates the validity, authority, the relationship with the CPC and the collision between the new regime and the traditional authority of the village, and the fourth chapter summarizes the significance of the rescue association to the masses and the shortcomings in its work. In this paper, the relationship between Zuo Quan County Rescue Association and the local people, the traditional regime and the Communist Party of China is deeply studied through four chapters, and its historical role in the anti-Japanese salvation movement is revealed. It is of practical significance for enriching the local research and inheriting the red culture.
