【摘要】： 抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期,中共鑒于大青山地區(qū)十分重要的戰(zhàn)略地位,組建了八路軍大青山支隊赴大青山地區(qū)開辟抗日根據(jù)地。由于這一地區(qū)蒙漢雜居的現(xiàn)實,及日本侵略者挑撥蒙漢關(guān)系的伎倆,中共從一開始就高度重視蒙古民族工作�？梢哉f,中共開辟大青山抗日游擊根據(jù)地的過程,同時也是中共把這一地區(qū)的蒙古民族工作不斷推向深入的過程。當前學術(shù)界對抗戰(zhàn)時期中共在大青山地區(qū)的蒙古民族工作這一問題雖有所論述,但大都是一帶而過,缺乏對這段歷史比較詳盡的史實挖掘。鑒于此,本文以中共在大青山地區(qū)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機關(guān)的變遷及相應(yīng)的民族政策的變化為線索,比較詳盡的展現(xiàn)了中共在該地區(qū)蒙古民族工作是如何發(fā)展并最終走向新的階段的。證明中共通過這些工作即達到了團結(jié)蒙古族共同抗日的目的,也為中共的民族政策的成熟奠定了堅實的實踐基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, in view of the very important strategic position of Daqingshan area, CPC formed the eighth Route Army Daqingshan detachment to open up anti-Japanese base area in Daqingshan area. Due to the reality of mixed Mongolian and Chinese living in this area and the tactics of the Japanese invaders to stir up the relations between the Mongolians and the Han, the Chinese Communist Party attached great importance to the Mongolian national work from the beginning. It can be said that the process of the CPC opening up the anti-Japanese guerrilla base area in Daqingshan is also the process in which the Chinese Communists push the Mongolian national work in this area forward. Although the current academic circles discussed the issue of the Chinese Communist Party's work in Mongolia in the Daqingshan area during the Anti-Japanese War, most of them passed by, and they lacked a detailed historical excavation of this period of history. In view of this, this paper takes the change of the leading organ of the CPC in Daqingshan area as the clue and the change of the corresponding national policy, and shows in detail how the Chinese Communist Party's national work in Mongolia in this area develops and finally moves to a new stage. It is proved that the Communist Party of China has achieved the goal of uniting the common resistance of the Mongols through these works, and has also laid a solid practical foundation for the maturation of the Chinese Communist Party's national policy.
