【摘要】：19世紀(jì)80年代后，俄國開始推行積極遠(yuǎn)東政策。到90年代后，俄國遠(yuǎn)東政策的直接表現(xiàn)是在華大規(guī)模興辦企業(yè)。近代俄國在華興辦的企業(yè)主要以哈爾濱地區(qū)為中心，以金融、交通企業(yè)的興辦為標(biāo)志，企業(yè)類型涉及社會生活的方方面面，對中國哈爾濱社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了多方面的影響，與此同時，哈爾濱社會環(huán)境也影響著俄國企業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文共分為九個部分。 緒論：學(xué)術(shù)史的回顧與基本理論的考察。 第一章：對俄國企業(yè)在近代哈爾濱地區(qū)產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展背景進(jìn)行介紹。在對俄國企業(yè)在近代哈爾濱地區(qū)發(fā)展背景進(jìn)行考察的同時，也對哈爾濱地區(qū)的社會變遷予以概述。 第二章：對近代哈爾濱俄國國營企業(yè)進(jìn)行考察。其中，主要對近代哈爾濱地區(qū)兩大國家企業(yè)（華俄道勝銀行哈爾濱分行、中東鐵路公司）的組織形成、企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動等情況進(jìn)行了具體研究，并對中東鐵路附屬企業(yè)的情況進(jìn)行了介紹。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對近代哈爾濱地區(qū)俄國國家企業(yè)的特點及對哈爾濱地區(qū)的影響進(jìn)行了剖析。 第三章：對近代哈爾濱俄國私營企業(yè)進(jìn)行考察。其中，主要對近代哈爾濱地區(qū)幾大類私營企業(yè)（工業(yè)、商業(yè)、金融、交通、房地產(chǎn)、飲食娛樂服務(wù)業(yè)）中代表性企業(yè)的組織形成、企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動等情況進(jìn)行了具體研究，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對近代哈爾濱地區(qū)俄國私人企業(yè)的特點及對哈爾濱地區(qū)的影響進(jìn)行了剖析。 第四章：近代哈爾濱地區(qū)俄國企業(yè)的資本，分析了俄國企業(yè)在近代哈爾濱地區(qū)發(fā)展的資本來源，介紹了俄國企業(yè)的主要資本構(gòu)成，探討了俄國企業(yè)資本的主要作用。 第五章：近代哈爾濱地區(qū)俄國企業(yè)的市場，，分析了俄國企業(yè)在近代哈爾濱地區(qū)發(fā)展的市場來源，介紹了俄國企業(yè)的市場概況，探討了俄國企業(yè)的市場特點。 第六章：近代哈爾濱地區(qū)俄國企業(yè)的利潤，分析了俄國企業(yè)在近代哈爾濱地區(qū)發(fā)展的利潤來源，介紹了俄國國營、私營企業(yè)在近代哈爾濱地區(qū)的利潤概況，探討了俄國企業(yè)利潤的性質(zhì)。 第七章：近代哈爾濱地區(qū)俄國企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理與哈爾濱的城市化，分析了俄國企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理狀況，其中重點介紹了中東鐵路公司與秋林公司，探討了近代哈爾濱俄國企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理與哈爾濱城市化的雙向互動影響。 結(jié)語：在分析俄國企業(yè)于近代哈爾濱地區(qū)產(chǎn)生原因、發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上，著重從俄國企業(yè)資本、市場、利潤、經(jīng)營管理的角度探討了俄國企業(yè)在近代哈爾濱地區(qū)的發(fā)展與近代哈爾濱社會的雙向互動過程。
[Abstract]:After the 1880s, Russia began to pursue the active far East policy. After 90's, Russian far East policy direct performance is to set up enterprises in China on a large scale. In modern times, Russian enterprises in China were mainly centered around Harbin, marked by the establishment of financial and transportation enterprises. The types of enterprises involved in all aspects of social life affected the social development of Harbin, China, in many ways. At the same time, Harbin social environment also affects the development of Russian enterprises. This paper is divided into nine parts. Introduction: the review of academic history and the investigation of basic theory. The first chapter introduces the background of the emergence and development of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin. While investigating the development background of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin area, it also summarizes the social changes in Harbin area. Chapter two: an investigation of the Russian state-owned enterprises in Harbin in modern times. Among them, mainly has carried on the concrete research to the organization formation, the enterprise management activity and so on situation of the two major state enterprises in the modern Harbin area (China Russia Daosheng Bank Harbin Branch, Middle East Railway Company). The paper also introduces the status of the Middle East railway subsidiary enterprises. On this basis, the characteristics of Russian state enterprises in modern Harbin and their influence on Harbin are analyzed. Chapter three: the investigation of Russian private enterprises in modern Harbin. Among them, the paper mainly studies the organizational formation and business activities of representative enterprises in several kinds of private enterprises (industrial, commercial, financial, transportation, real estate, catering and entertainment services) in Harbin area in modern times. On this basis, the characteristics of Russian private enterprises in modern Harbin and their influence on Harbin are analyzed. Chapter four: the capital of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin area, analyzes the capital source of the development of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin area, introduces the main capital composition of Russian enterprises, and probes into the main function of Russian enterprise capital. Chapter five: the market of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin area, analyzes the market source of the development of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin area, introduces the market situation of Russian enterprises, and probes into the market characteristics of Russian enterprises. Chapter VI: the profits of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin area, analyzes the profit sources of the development of Russian enterprises in the modern Harbin area, and introduces the general situation of the profits of Russian state-owned and private enterprises in the modern Harbin area. This paper discusses the nature of the profits of Russian enterprises. Chapter seven: the management of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin and the urbanization of Harbin, analyzes the management of Russian enterprises, including the Middle East Railway Company and Qiu Lin Company. This paper discusses the two-way interaction between the management of Russian enterprises in Harbin and the urbanization of Harbin. Conclusion: on the basis of analyzing the causes and development of Russian enterprises in Harbin in modern times, the emphasis is placed on the capital, market, and profits of Russian enterprises. From the perspective of management, this paper discusses the two-way interaction between the development of Russian enterprises in modern Harbin and the society of Harbin in modern times.
