【摘要】：1956年,我國(guó)進(jìn)入社會(huì)主義探索建設(shè)時(shí)期后,農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)關(guān)系發(fā)生顯著改變。與農(nóng)民生產(chǎn)生活息息相關(guān)的農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易,也隨著國(guó)家政策的反復(fù)而經(jīng)歷了復(fù)雜的變化歷程。本文以松江區(qū)檔案館館藏文書檔案為核心史料,試圖勾勒出1958-1965年松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的變化軌跡,并進(jìn)一步探討松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的起伏與榮衰。本文第一章考察了人民公社化運(yùn)動(dòng)與松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的關(guān)系。在全國(guó)公社化的背景下,松江縣于1958年9月“跑步進(jìn)入共產(chǎn)主義”。農(nóng)村人民公社的廣泛建立,顛覆了原有生產(chǎn)關(guān)系,甚至一定程度上否定了商品交換。高度集中的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,使得松江縣農(nóng)村集市上“無(wú)物可賣,無(wú)人能買”。松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易基本消失。本文第二章探討了三年經(jīng)濟(jì)困難時(shí)期,國(guó)家關(guān)于農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易政策的調(diào)整,以及松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的恢復(fù)。1959-1961年,松江縣農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)緊張,人民經(jīng)濟(jì)困難。國(guó)家開始調(diào)整農(nóng)村政策,組織恢復(fù)農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易,以刺激農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、活躍農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)。松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的恢復(fù)工作進(jìn)展并不順利。1959年下半年,松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易初步恢復(fù)。但由于受到左傾思想的影響,松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易于1960年又陷入停滯。直到1961年,松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易才得到全面恢復(fù)。本文第三章分析了1962-1965年的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)整時(shí)期,在國(guó)家加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的管理后,松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易逐漸走向萎縮。1962年松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的市場(chǎng)自發(fā)行為增多,在經(jīng)濟(jì)好轉(zhuǎn)的情形下,國(guó)家加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的管理,但收效不大。1963年后,松江縣加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的管理力度,通過行政與經(jīng)濟(jì)手段限制農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易中的自發(fā)行為。1965年后,作為國(guó)營(yíng)、合作社商業(yè)補(bǔ)充的松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易走向萎縮。本文最后認(rèn)為,國(guó)家政策的主導(dǎo)性與反復(fù)性,最終導(dǎo)致了松江縣農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易的曲折發(fā)展。但農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易是與農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng)的,具有強(qiáng)大的生命力。農(nóng)村集市貿(mào)易只能被限制卻不能被消除。
[Abstract]:In 1956, China entered the period of socialist exploration and construction, the rural relations of production changed significantly. The rural market trade, which is closely related to farmers' production and life, has experienced complex changes with the repeated national policies. Taking the archives of Songjiang District Archives as the core historical data, this paper attempts to outline the changing track of the rural market trade in Songjiang County from 1958 to 1965, and further discusses the ups and downs of the rural fair trade in Songjiang County. The first chapter examines the relationship between the people's commune movement and the rural market trade in Songjiang County. In the context of the national commune, Songjiang County in September 1958, "running into communism." The widespread establishment of rural people's communes has subverted the original relations of production and even denied the exchange of goods to a certain extent. The highly centralized planned economy system made Songjiang County rural market "no goods to sell, no one can buy." Songjiang County rural fair trade basically disappeared. The second chapter discusses three years of economic difficulties, the adjustment of the state policy on rural market trade, and the restoration of the rural market trade in Songjiang County from 1959 to 1961. The supply of agricultural and sideline products in Songjiang County is tight, and the people's economy is difficult. The country began to adjust rural policies, organize and restore rural fair trade, to stimulate agricultural production and stimulate the rural economy. In the second half of 1959, the rural market trade in Songjiang County was initially restored. But due to the influence of left-leaning thought, Songjiang rural market trade stalled in 1960. Until 1961, Songjiang County rural fair trade was fully restored. The third chapter analyzes the period of national economic adjustment in 1962-1965. After the state strengthens the management of rural market trade, the rural market trade in Songjiang County gradually shrinks. In 1962, the spontaneous market behavior of rural market trade in Songjiang County increased. Under the situation of economic improvement, the state strengthened the management of rural market trade, but the results were not very good. After 1963, Songjiang County strengthened the management of rural market trade. By administrative and economic means, the spontaneous behavior of rural market trade was restricted. After 1965, the rural market trade in Songjiang County, as a supplement of state-owned cooperative commerce, declined. Finally, this paper argues that the dominant and repetitive state policy led to the zigzag development of rural market trade in Songjiang County. However, rural fair trade is compatible with the development level of rural productive forces and has strong vitality. Rural fair trade can only be restricted but not eliminated.
