【摘要】：1948年南京政府召開(kāi)行憲國(guó)民大會(huì),選舉總統(tǒng)、副總統(tǒng)。李宗仁出于對(duì)個(gè)人前途的考慮和對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外局勢(shì)的判斷,決定競(jìng)選副總統(tǒng)。他在競(jìng)選中大力宣傳革新主張,通過(guò)黨內(nèi)連橫等手段爭(zhēng)取到國(guó)民大會(huì)代表的簽署提名,采取以退為進(jìn)的方式靈活地處理了選舉中的糾紛。李宗仁成功當(dāng)選副總統(tǒng),得益于其鮮明的競(jìng)選主張和妥當(dāng)?shù)倪x舉策略,但從根本上說(shuō)仍是由當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)民黨統(tǒng)治下的社會(huì)政治生態(tài)和國(guó)民黨內(nèi)的政治格局決定的,其中的制度環(huán)境是最主要的客觀因素。
[Abstract]:In 1948, the Nanjing government held the National Assembly for the election of President and Vice President. Li Zongren decided to run for vice president on the basis of his personal future and his judgment of the situation at home and abroad. In his campaign, he vigorously propagated the idea of innovation, won the nomination of deputies to the National Convention by means of inner-party and even horizontal means, and handled the disputes in the election flexibly by stepping back for advancement. Li Zongren's successful election as vice president benefited from his clear election ideas and proper election strategy, but it was fundamentally determined by the social and political ecology under the Kuomintang rule and the political situation within the KMT at that time. The institutional environment is the most important objective factor.
