【摘要】：聚興誠銀行是我國早期著名的民營商業(yè)銀行之一，創(chuàng)辦于我國社會性質(zhì)演變?yōu)榘胫趁竦匕敕饨�、傳統(tǒng)封建經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸解體、民族資本主義開始發(fā)展壯大的大環(huán)境時期。1915 1951年為聚興誠銀行的發(fā)展時期，歷經(jīng)北洋軍閥政府和國民黨政府兩個階段。三十六年的經(jīng)營歷程，尤其本文研究的1937 1945年時間段，聚興誠銀行為西南地區(qū)民族工商業(yè)的發(fā)展、金融市場的繁榮以及商品流通起到了巨大的推動作用，在中國近代金融史上占有重要地位。 1937 1945年期間，聚興誠銀行順應(yīng)時事，改組舊的組織形式，完成了銀行業(yè)在戰(zhàn)爭環(huán)境下的業(yè)務(wù)大變遷，并將銀行業(yè)發(fā)展推向頂峰。聚興誠銀行在迂回曲折的道路中探索生存與發(fā)展的方式，積累了在近代中國發(fā)展資本主義銀行的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文力求在對戰(zhàn)前聚興誠銀行基本業(yè)務(wù)了解的基礎(chǔ)上，逐步過渡到戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行業(yè)務(wù)的變遷，包括業(yè)務(wù)變遷的具體表現(xiàn)、原因分析以及產(chǎn)生的影響，以期對我國現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展商業(yè)銀行提供借鑒和參考。 本文的主體內(nèi)容包括以下幾點(diǎn)：第一，戰(zhàn)前的聚興誠銀行及其業(yè)務(wù)概要。從戰(zhàn)前聚興誠銀行創(chuàng)立與發(fā)展的背景、歷程和組織形式，歸納了戰(zhàn)前聚興誠銀行的主要業(yè)務(wù)：匯兌、存儲和信托；第二，，戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行業(yè)務(wù)變遷。結(jié)合楊粲三的經(jīng)營管理思想，歸納了戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行業(yè)務(wù)變遷的主要體現(xiàn)，包括設(shè)立重要地區(qū)分支行處、靈活發(fā)展貼放業(yè)務(wù)、買賣金銀、開展對外投資、擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營公債等。與此同時，通過與戰(zhàn)前聚興誠銀行的比較勾勒出戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行的經(jīng)營路線。第三，戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行業(yè)務(wù)變遷的原因分析。在查閱重慶市檔案館未刊行資料、相關(guān)論著和報刊雜志的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合唯物辯證法分析事物變化發(fā)展的方法，從內(nèi)因、外因兩個方面作出戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行業(yè)務(wù)變遷的歸因分析。內(nèi)因方面主要包括：貼放業(yè)務(wù)的影響、對外投資的需求等；外因方面主要包括：國民政府加強(qiáng)金融管制、戰(zhàn)時通脹的壓力、外界銀行的發(fā)展影響等；第四，戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行業(yè)務(wù)變遷的影響。根據(jù)戰(zhàn)時聚興誠銀行業(yè)務(wù)變遷的歸因分析，提出業(yè)務(wù)變遷的影響：一是促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)時工商業(yè)發(fā)展；二是保障戰(zhàn)時聚興誠自身發(fā)展；第五，結(jié)束語�？偨Y(jié)全文，提出今后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:Juxing Cheng Bank was one of the famous private commercial banks in the early years of our country. It was founded in our society and evolved into semi-colonial and semi-feudal, and the traditional feudal economy gradually disintegrated. National capitalism began to develop in the big environment period. 1915 / 1951 was the development period of Juxing Cheng Bank, which went through two stages: the Northern warlord government and the Kuomintang government. During the 36 years of operation, especially in the period of 1937 to 1945, Juxing Cheng Bank played a great role in promoting the development of national industry and commerce, the prosperity of financial market and the circulation of commodities in Southwest China. During the period of 1937 ~ 1945, Juxing Cheng Bank complied with current events, reorganized its old organizational form, completed the great changes of banking business under the environment of war, and pushed the development of the banking industry to the peak. Juxing Cheng Bank explored the way of survival and development in a tortuous road and accumulated valuable experience in developing capitalist banks in modern China. Based on the understanding of the basic business of Juxing Cheng Bank before the war, this paper tries to gradually transition to the changes of the business of Juxing Cheng Bank during the war, including the concrete performance of the business changes, the analysis of the reasons and the impact of the changes. The main content of this paper includes the following points: first, the pre-war Juxing Cheng Bank and its business outline. From the background, history and organizational form of the establishment and development of Juxing Cheng Bank before the war, this paper sums up the main business of Juxing Cheng Bank before the war: exchange, storage and trust; second, the business changes of Juxing Cheng Bank in wartime. Combined with Yang charm's management thought, this paper summarizes the main manifestation of the business changes of Juxing Cheng Bank in wartime, including the establishment of important regional branches, the flexible development of affixing business, the purchase and sale of gold and silver, the development of foreign investment, and the expansion of operating public debt, and so on. At the same time, through the comparison with the pre-war Juxing Cheng Bank, the operating route of Ju Xing Cheng Bank was outlined. Third, the reason analysis of business change of Juxing Cheng Bank in wartime. On the basis of consulting the unpublished materials, related works and newspapers and magazines of Chongqing Archives, combining the method of materialist dialectics to analyze the change and development of things, this paper makes the attribution analysis of the business changes of Juxing Cheng Bank in wartime from two aspects: internal cause and external cause. The internal factors mainly include: the influence of sticker business, the demand for foreign investment and so on; the external factors mainly include: the national government strengthens the financial control, the wartime inflation pressure, the external bank development influence and so on; fourth, The influence of the change of Juxingcheng Bank's Business in wartime. According to the attribution analysis of the business changes of Juxing Cheng Bank in wartime, this paper puts forward the influence of the business changes: first, to promote the development of industry and commerce in wartime; secondly, to ensure the development of Juxing sincerity in wartime; and finally, to conclude. Summarize the full text and put forward the direction of future efforts.
