【摘要】：太行解放區(qū)是中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)的直轄區(qū)。1946年至1949年太行解放區(qū)在農(nóng)村開展了土地改革運動，1946年9月以后太行區(qū)部分地方開始出現(xiàn)了將地主掃地出門、損害中農(nóng)利益和侵犯工商業(yè)等錯誤偏向，這一系列錯誤偏向隨著土地改革運動的深入逐漸蔓延開來，到1947年底嚴(yán)重影響了太行解放區(qū)廣大人民群眾的生產(chǎn)和生活，，擾亂了農(nóng)村的正常社會秩序，對解放戰(zhàn)爭造成了不利影響。 中共中央和太行區(qū)黨委及時發(fā)現(xiàn)、制止了土地改革中的失誤，并進行了徹底糾正。太行區(qū)黨委通過開展一系列糾偏工作，使得太行區(qū)的土地改革運動健康發(fā)展，并取得了偉大勝利，同時也為全國解放后西南、華南等地區(qū)的土地改革運動培養(yǎng)了大批干部和提供了寶貴的工作經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The Taihang liberated area is the territory of the Shanxi-Hebei-Shanxi-Henan Border region under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. From 1946 to 1949, the Taihang liberated area launched a land reform movement in the rural areas. After September 1946, some parts of the Taihang District began to drive out landlords. The erroneous biases of harming the interests of the middle peasants and violating industry and commerce, which spread gradually with the deepening of the agrarian reform movement, had seriously affected the production and livelihood of the broad masses of the people in the Taihang liberated areas by the end of 1947. It disturbed the normal social order in the countryside and adversely affected the war of liberation. The CPC Central Committee and the Taihang District Party Committee promptly discovered that the mistakes in land reform were stopped and thoroughly corrected. By carrying out a series of rectification work, the Taihang District Party Committee made the land reform movement in Taihang District develop healthily, and achieved great victory, and at the same time, it was also for the southwest after the liberation of the whole country. The land reform movement in South China trained a large number of cadres and provided valuable work experience.
