【摘要】： 丁日昌主政江蘇之時,正值太平天國戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)束三年,清政府舉天下既竭之力平息這場農(nóng)民起義之后,整個社會已是千瘡百孔。夙稱富庶的江蘇被擾最深,人口銳減,水利廢弛,土地大面積拋荒,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)萎縮,各種不正之風(fēng)與邪惡勢力死灰復(fù)燃,世風(fēng)日下。面對戰(zhàn)爭對社會各方造成的創(chuàng)傷,注定要用特殊措施去一一撫平。本文試以丁日昌對戰(zhàn)后江蘇社會秩序的重建為側(cè)重點,從恢復(fù)發(fā)展社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、整頓吏治、整飭社會風(fēng)氣、維護(hù)社會安定等方面,對丁日昌如何經(jīng)略一方進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:When Ding Richang took over Jiangsu three years after the end of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom War, the whole society was riddled with holes after the Qing government tried its best to quell the peasant uprising. Jiangsu, which is known as rich, is the most disturbed by the population, water conservancy waste, land wasteland, social and economic atrophy, all kinds of bad winds and evil forces, the world is on the decline. In the face of the trauma caused by war on all sides of society, it is destined to use special measures to heal one by one. This paper focuses on the reconstruction of the social order in Jiangsu after the war by Ding Richang, and discusses how Ding Richang can recover and develop the social economy, rectify the administration of officials, rectify the social atmosphere and maintain social stability.
