【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,日本實(shí)施對(duì)華貨幣金融侵略政策,偽造法幣成為日方破壞中國(guó)貨幣信用體系的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)侵略手段。同時(shí),以匯兌本位制為基礎(chǔ)的法幣體系在遭遇他國(guó)貨幣進(jìn)攻時(shí)易處于受動(dòng)局面,也在一定程度上加速了偽造貨幣的大量叢生。通過(guò)對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期偽造貨幣之具情進(jìn)行認(rèn)真梳理,其偽造貨幣情形歸為兩類(lèi):一是與金融貨幣戰(zhàn)相關(guān)的偽造貨幣,一是普通民眾偽造貨幣。大量偽造貨幣現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)給社會(huì)帶來(lái)諸多影響,一方面,嚴(yán)重?cái)_亂戰(zhàn)時(shí)金融秩序,在一定程度上影響法幣信用體系;另一方面,國(guó)民政府對(duì)鞏固法幣安全、維護(hù)法幣信用更為重視,制訂系列鞏固法幣信用、維護(hù)貨幣安全的措施。
[Abstract]:During the Anti-Japanese War, Japan carried out the policy of monetary and financial aggression against China, and counterfeiting the law became an important means of economic aggression for Japan to destroy China's monetary credit system. At the same time, the currency system based on the exchange standard is easy to be moved when it is attacked by other countries, which to some extent accelerates a large number of counterfeiting currencies. By carefully combing the situation of counterfeiting currency during the Anti-Japanese War, the situation of counterfeiting currency falls into two categories: one is counterfeiting currency related to financial currency war, the other is counterfeiting currency by ordinary people. The emergence of a large number of counterfeit money has brought many influences to the society. On the one hand, it has seriously disturbed the wartime financial order and, to a certain extent, affected the credit system of the French currency; on the other hand, the national government has made efforts to consolidate the security of the law. More attention should be paid to the maintenance of the credit of the law, and measures should be taken to consolidate the credit of the law and safeguard the security of the currency.
