【摘要】：正殷汝耕,字亦農(nóng),生于1889年,浙江平陽人氏。早在七七事變前即與日本勾結(jié),1935年12月在冀東成立偽政府,后又在南京汪偽政權(quán)內(nèi)出任經(jīng)濟委員會特派員等職�？箲�(zhàn)勝利后,殷汝耕因漢奸罪行被押往南京,經(jīng)審判被處以死刑,于1947年12月1日執(zhí)行槍決。南京市檔案館編《審訊汪偽漢奸筆錄》殷汝耕部分中詳細記載了與殷案件有關(guān)的首都高等法院檢察官起訴書、首都高等法院審判筆錄、殷汝耕自我陳述、
[Abstract]:Zheng Yin Rugeng, the word also Nong, born in 1889, Zhejiang Pingyang people. He colluded with Japan as early as before the July 7th incident. In December 1935, he set up a pseudo-government in Jidong, and later served as commissioner of the economic committee in the puppet regime of Wang in Nanjing. After victory in the War of Resistance, Yin Rugeng was taken to Nanjing for traitors, sentenced to death and executed on December 1, 1947. In the part of Yin Rugeng, the prosecutor's indictment of the Capital High Court related to the Yin case, the trial transcript of the Capital High Court, and Yin Rugeng's self-statement, were compiled by the Nanjing Municipal Archives.
