【摘要】：近代山東兵燹連綿，自然災害頻仍，社會動蕩不安。針對難民、災民問題突出的現(xiàn)實，山東各地紅十字分會本博愛襟懷，，自覺承擔起部分慈善救濟的責任，為弱勢群體帶來了人道關懷。 本文首先對紅十字運動在山東興起的社會歷史背景進行梳理，以此為依托，分晚清時期、民國前期、抗戰(zhàn)時期、解放戰(zhàn)爭時期等四個時期，分別論述了不同時期山東各地分會的組織演變以及在戰(zhàn)地救護、災害救援、醫(yī)療服務、社會救濟等方面所做出的貢獻。并以青島分會、莒縣分會為個案，具體呈現(xiàn)紅十字分會在救援中所發(fā)揮的獨特作用。同時，在詳細論述四個階段發(fā)展情況的基礎上，適當與江蘇紅十字運動進行比較，總結出山東紅十字運動發(fā)展的特點及其社會功能，旨為慈善事業(yè)的當代發(fā)展與和諧社會建設提供歷史借鑒。
[Abstract]:Modern Shandong war, frequent natural disasters, social unrest. In view of the prominent reality of refugees and disaster victims, the Red Cross Branch of Shandong Province has taken on the responsibility of charity relief and brought humanitarian care to the vulnerable groups. This paper firstly combs the social and historical background of the Red Cross Movement in Shandong Province, based on which, it is divided into four periods: the late Qing Dynasty, the early Republic of China, the Anti-Japanese War, the Liberation War. The organizational evolution of different chapters in Shandong Province and their contributions in field rescue, disaster relief, medical service, social relief and so on are discussed respectively. Taking Qingdao Branch and Juxian Branch as cases, the Red Cross Branch plays a unique role in rescue. At the same time, on the basis of discussing the development of the four stages in detail, and comparing it with the Red Cross Movement of Jiangsu Province, it summarizes the characteristics of the development of the Red Cross Movement in Shandong Province and its social functions. Aim for the contemporary development of philanthropy and the construction of a harmonious society to provide historical reference.
