【摘要】： 《申報(bào)》是晚清時(shí)期由外商出資創(chuàng)辦的中文商業(yè)報(bào)紙,1872年誕生于上海。重視言論是《申報(bào)》報(bào)紙內(nèi)容的一大特色,而國(guó)際時(shí)事評(píng)論是其言論欄目中極其重要的組成部分。19世紀(jì)最后30年,變動(dòng)的國(guó)際環(huán)境促進(jìn)了國(guó)際信息傳播的不斷更新,為《申報(bào)》的國(guó)際時(shí)事評(píng)論準(zhǔn)備了豐富的題材和內(nèi)容,客觀上也對(duì)《申報(bào)》國(guó)際時(shí)事評(píng)論水平的提升提出了要求。與此同時(shí),國(guó)人了解世界的迫切需求和報(bào)紙應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的生存需要成為《申報(bào)》國(guó)際時(shí)事評(píng)論發(fā)展的有力助推器。 《申報(bào)》國(guó)際時(shí)事評(píng)論的視域極其廣闊,其關(guān)注的對(duì)象涉及到歐洲、非洲、亞洲、南美洲和北美洲的多個(gè)主要國(guó)家,對(duì)19世紀(jì)70年代至90年代發(fā)生的重大國(guó)際事件都曾發(fā)表過(guò)相關(guān)評(píng)論。面對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)中國(guó)對(duì)外交往環(huán)境的日益復(fù)雜化,以華人立場(chǎng)為立論視角的《申報(bào)》始終將其關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)放置在中國(guó)的對(duì)外關(guān)系上,其主要議題包括豬仔貿(mào)易、教案、藩屬國(guó)問(wèn)題、以中法戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和甲午中日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)為代表的對(duì)外戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)等。作為一種報(bào)章文體類型,國(guó)際時(shí)事評(píng)論在《申報(bào)》上經(jīng)歷了起步、發(fā)展到形成穩(wěn)定模式三個(gè)不同階段,逐漸減少了其濃厚的傳統(tǒng)政論文色彩,堅(jiān)持以公正之心立論,在遭遇到西方國(guó)家的殖民侵略時(shí),表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的愛國(guó)主義精神和正義感。 從根本上維護(hù)和鞏固清政府的統(tǒng)治,是《申報(bào)》國(guó)際時(shí)事評(píng)論觀點(diǎn)信息背后的政治話語(yǔ),其在對(duì)國(guó)際事件發(fā)聲的過(guò)程中仍然以中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化為語(yǔ)言框架,崇尚禮制,呼吁忠君、仁愛等。由中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)分子轉(zhuǎn)化而來(lái)的報(bào)紙主筆有著認(rèn)識(shí)層面上的歷史局限,在對(duì)國(guó)際時(shí)事進(jìn)行評(píng)論的過(guò)程中還存在著只關(guān)注國(guó)際問(wèn)題的表面情形,很少能主動(dòng)去延伸解讀國(guó)際事件背后的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)原因等的不足。但是,以外資商業(yè)報(bào)紙的身份登上歷史舞臺(tái)的《申報(bào)》,能夠堅(jiān)持華人立場(chǎng),以公正、開放的言論態(tài)度和鮮明的愛國(guó)主義精神立論,以全局眼光來(lái)考量國(guó)際時(shí)局的走勢(shì),用報(bào)紙言論來(lái)構(gòu)建媒介與國(guó)際社會(huì)變遷之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,對(duì)民眾進(jìn)行啟蒙,為官紳階層提供輿情參考,在推動(dòng)中國(guó)近代新聞事業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí),也促進(jìn)了知識(shí)分子報(bào)人的成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:"Declaration >" is a Chinese commercial newspaper funded by foreign investors in the late Qing Dynasty and was born in Shanghai in 1872. Speech is a major feature of the contents of "Declaration >", and the international review of current affairs is the most important part of its speech column in the last 30 years of the.19 century. The changing international environment has promoted the continuous updating of international information dissemination. The International Commentary on international current affairs has prepared rich subjects and contents, and objectively also demands the promotion of the level of the international current affairs review. At the same time, the Chinese people understand the urgent needs of the world and the newspaper's response to the survival of the market competition.
The view of the international current affairs review is extremely wide, and its focus is on many major countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, South America and North America, which have made comments on major international events that occurred between 1870s and 90s. The main topic of "Declaration >" has always been placed on the foreign relations of China. Its main topics include the pig trade, the teaching case, the state of the vassal state, and the foreign war represented by the war of China and France and the Sino Japanese war between China and Japan. As a type of newspaper style, the international time affairs review has been started and developed to the form of "Declaration >". The three different stages of the stability model gradually reduced its strong traditional political paper color, insisting on the theory of justice, and showing a strong sense of patriotism and justice in the encounter with the colonial aggression of the western countries.
Fundamentally maintaining and consolidating the rule of the Qing government is the political discourse behind the information of the comments on the international current affairs. In the process of the sound of international events, it still takes Chinese traditional culture as the language framework, advocates the system of etiquette, calls for loyalty, and benevolence. In the historical limitation, in the process of commenting on international events, there is still a superficial situation that focuses on international issues. It is rarely able to extend the political, economic and economic reasons behind the international events. On the basis of the views of speech and the spirit of patriotism, we take a global view to examine the trend of the international current situation, construct the interactive relationship between the media and the changes of the international society by newspaper speech, enlighten the people, provide public opinion for the officials and gentry, and promote the development of modern Chinese journalism, as well as the promotion of knowledge.
